The professionalism and courtesy was beyond exceptional. Showrooms were spotless. My point person was Justin Martinez he handled my trade in and putting in my new BMW. Joseph Saint-Val was my BMW genius. He spent over an hour sitting with me in my new car. He covered all the bases in acclimating me with my car. Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all my experience at Competion BMW was perfect.

The work done on my car both covered and uncovered was excellent.The time it was in the dealership was too long. I brought it in on a Friday AM and picked it up either Tuesday or Wednesday. My last 6 cars in the last 10 yrs. have been 3 BMW's, 1 Mercedes, 1 Corvette and 1 Audi. All have excellent service departments but the Audi and Mercedes amenities for customers waiting for their vehicles are better than Yours or Chevy's. I dealt primarily with Darlene Gula. She was courteous and professional.

The people at the dealership are very nice. I found that they do not follow through well with customers. When I originally called, I made an appointment to test drive a car. When I arrived the salesman was off and they had no idea I was coming. The new salesman was great in explaining things about the car and made the sale but then did not follow through. The Finance person told me they would call the next day by 12 noon and they didn't call till after I had called twice around 4 pm. They could call and tell me they don't have an answer yet. The salesman also told me they would call in the morning to set up an appointment to fix something on the car I purchased and I have not heard back from them since. Maybe I am being picky but this is a BMW dealership and I expect nothing but excellent service.
I hadn't ever considered what the "perfect" car buying experience would be --but now I know. I walked into the dealership as simply a shopper with an interest and was assigned to a man named Frank C. In short, he was patient with my dumb questions (was new to BMWs), was never pushy and always personable and professional. Very quickly, he matched me with the right vehicle and everything was a breeze after that. The manager asked if I could take delivery that day (which I didn't think was possible) but it was and, by the end of the day, was driving my new car home.
Having had purchased many cars before, this was a truly unique experience and now know what the perfect car buying experience really is. Thanks so much for that, Frank and the Mt Kisco BMW team!
