Takes care of their/BMW customers

I was very impressed by the service at BMW of Eugene. Unfortunately, I did not buy my CPO last December at this dealership (I will next time), but they took care of me in a way that seems to be a rarity. Despite BMW denying an issue that should have been covered under warrenty, they honored it anyway and did the minor repair with no charge to me. Not only have they earned my respect, they saved my impression of BMW. I do love my car, and the service here really was reputable and excellent, as I would expect a BMW dealership should be.
