Passports Raises the Bar

What can I say about Passport BMW? Let me start by saying they delivered top-notch customer service. I’ve owned a Range Rover, a Mercedes S500 and a Maserati GT, and let me just say, Passport BMW has raised the bar on customer service. Ray Frye greeted me upon entering the service bay and was professional, welcoming and eager to assist. He explained what service was required and how long it should take, (under an hour). He also inquired to see if I needed a loaner in the event I need to be somewhere. After signing the service order, he directed me to several “lounges”, I found myself in the upstairs lounge where not only did I find several big screen TV’s, computer area and an arcade room. Yes, an arcade room. I’m still a kid at heart… don’t judge me! After several games, I received a call that my 650i convertible was ready, not that I was ready to go! Ray was accurate, forty five minutes and my baby was ready; and she is ready for the warm weather. Passport has earned my business!!!
