To whom it may Concern, I bought my Honda 18 years ago, have used maintenance from Barrington Motors in the past. I have used maintenance closer to me and have only replaced batteries and brakes with original Honda parts. I have kept it in pristine condition and one morning in my garage my radio/CD player would not work without a code to restart it. This was after 18 years and no one could help because when I bought it from you no code was given to me. I had a letter from Honda saying that delivery of my manual was late. With Extraordinary help from Rich Cano he was able to get a code to restart my radio/CD player without having to take the radio out. I do not normally post reviews but I had to for this dealership. I have been searching for my dream car for over a year and have dealt with private sellers, low and high volume dealerships and some of the worst customer service you could possibly imagine. My search included over twelve states and twenty dealerships. I have to be honest, when I reached out to Ziegler my optimism was at an all-time low and I was ready to call it quits. I first made contact with Kyle Nagy from the sales department. Kyle was very prompt in responding and following up to my inquiries. Knowing exactly what I wanted, I made numerous requests and inquiries that most salespeople would have thought of as burdensome. Kyle always delivered and maintained his professionalism even in the most heated of discussions. When I returned to close the deal I noted that even Ziegler’s shuttle driver was a class act who shared a wealth of stories, pictures, and knowledge about cars. The *only* complaint I would have is that I was not informed that BMW ConnectedDrive would be discontinued on my car only a couple of months after my purchase. This rendered most of the safety features useless and absolutely would have been nice to know beforehand. Aside from that, I would recommend this dealership based on their promptness, professionalism, and inspiring inventory.
Matt Vallee was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He didn't seem to mind some of the dumb questions I had. We drove several cars around the lot before making a final selection. The whole process went smoothly. Matt was kind enough to help me clean out my trade in since I wasn't really prepared to turn it in. Mike in financing was also very knowledgeable and courteous. However, he had to apologize several times for the length of time it took to get the financing completed. My FICA score was 850. I don't know why the financing took so long. I arrived at the dealer about 3:00 PM and had my car selected and priced by 4:00 PM or so. I didn't get to leave until almost 7:00 PM. Three hours for financing seems way too long. Something needs to be done about the time it took for financing. I am enjoying my new 2018 Chevy Cruze in what I describe as Cardinal Red! I learn new things about it every day!

I would like to let everyone know about Service Advisor Tony Di Salvo at Chapman BMW. This guy is the most responsive guy I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with where my 2011 335i is concerned. I'll give you just one of many examples of Tony's excellent work ethic. My wife and I were in Chandler AZ and had just seen a movie. When we came out to the car it was about 110 degrees and my car had been baking in the sun for three hours (btw, my car is jet black). I activated the "summer convenience" feature of the key fob that opens all the windows and sunroof to let the heat out. Everything worked perfectly until I closed the windows. The right rear window made a sound like breaking glass with a loud snap and would not close. I immediately called Tony at Chapman BMW and left a message and noticed it was 3:47PM. After completing my call I headed straight for the dealership. About 12 minutes later my phone rang and it was Tony telling me to bring the car in...at this point, I was a mere 5 minutes away. The really cool part was that I was there five minutes later and when I pulled into the garage area my name was already on the marquis above the driveway, and my loaner car was already there running. Tony took my wife and I into his office...his very air-conditioned 72 degree office...and had me sign a work order and then we got into the 430i he loaned us, and we were home ten minutes later. Around 2pm the next day my car was done and waiting in the driveway all washed and waxed...they even used tire shine. It was awesome. Anytime I have had a problem with my car, Tony has diagnosed it correctly and fixed it correctly and been very straightforward about the costs. I have NEVER had to take it back to have a repair repeated. Thanks Tony!!
Both the sales team (Scott) and service team (Cam) are wonderful. Scott got us an excellent deal on a 2017 MDX Advance series and Cam got my 2006 RL serviced perfectly so I could pass an inspection. Can't wait for the 2018 TLX to come out for our next Acura. Daughter loves her 2016 ILX Tech seris too. Finance team is the best around. Overall a great team.

Recently had my 10yr old BMW serviced there and also leased a new one. I can't say enough great things about this dealership! Everyone I dealt with - from the service writers, technicians, service manager, internet sales manager, and client advisor - was awesome! Issue with my older BMW fixed under warranty, and a phenomenal sales experience on the new one. (Particularly Krissy Cone - Internet Manager, and Glenn Falvey - Sales/Client Advisor). Was given a great quote, and treated with a no stress / no pressure attitude the whole time. Highly recommend BMW of Turnersville.
I should start by saying that the new owners management is doing an excellent job, everybody is friendly, and customer service is top notch, very nice atmosphere great energy, this is not my first visit to a Nissan dealership and i was highly satisfied, they go above and beyond for their customers, definitely coming back for my next lease in the future.
I went to Toyota to have them check an item on my truck that was under extended warranty. It was not a recall just a precautionary warning. I also asked them to check my emergency brakes as they were sticking. They checked the u-joint under the extended warranty. They lubed it and did an all point inspection. They pulled the drums and measured the brake pads. (Usually a 60.00$ fee). I received a call there was plenty of meat on the brakes, nothing was wrong with the truck. I received the call come pick up my truck. "NO CHARGE!" The brakes probably froze because I got water on them before a cold snap... The truck has 210,000 miles on it I tuned it up once! Bought it at McGee Toyota of Dudley. But the words that echoed through my ears that night as I went to pick up my truck were. "No....Charge..."..

My siblings and I are from the north shore and was car shopping for the day. Our first dealership we stopped at in Shrewsbury was a no go. It was too bad, we were very serious about financing a car but couldn???t test drive the car, but gladly......thankfully, we ended up at AutoMax. I can???t tell you enough how happy and satisfied I was purchasing a vehicle with confidence at AutoMax Pre-Owned in Framingham. AutoMax has a very inviting atmosphere and employees who work with you to make your purchasing a vehicle a breeze. As soon as we strolled in, we were already taken cared of by one of the associates who greeted us. We simply wanted to test drive a car beforehand and they got a salesmen, Luiz Espigar to assist us in test driving a car. After we test drove the car, we asked for him to give us a moment so my siblings and I could discuss if it was a go or not. He respectfully gave us our space and let us collaborate. Everything was perfect about the vehicle, from the mileage, the price, the smoothness of the drive, and the look and feel of the Mercedes. 100% I felt confident ready to finance the car. However it wasn???t up to me, it was up to my cousin, if he wanted the car or not. In the end, we ended up purchasing the Mercedes C300, and everything went smoothly, Luiz answered our questions, spoke about the pricing, showed us the carfax, etc. He didn???t make it feel like your typical sketchy salesmen at other dealerships who are trying to rip you off. We knew what we wanted and he made sure we got what we wanted. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, Luiz is the guy to go to..and this is coming from a young person who has car shopped a few times and co-signed before, not much experienced but very knowledgeable of who is genuine. You don???t get many dealerships that take you seriously. Note: We purchased the Mercedes on a Saturday during the RMV 3day closure and somehow they got the car up and ready to go the following Thursday. It was fully serviced, cleaned, tinted(came with the package I signed up for) and he kindly put gas in it. Thank you AutoMax, especially a thank you to you Luiz and the finance women who both made it extremely easy!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle.
First let me say that I have purchased several vehicles over the past 50 years. I have found that negotiating an agreement with the management is always a nerve-racking hassle. My point is that I always do extensive research into every aspect before talking with a dealer so I am well prepared to "haggle" with the dealership to get my best deal possible.
Because I am 6'8" tall and just don't fit into most cars made today, I have been purchasing full size conversion vans for the past 30 years. Unfortunately, conversion vans are almost impossible to find in New England. To make matters worse, unbeknownst to me, they stopped making the style of van that suits my needs in 2014. I now was forced to search for that nearly impossible to find used conversion van in great condition with low mileage.
After months of looking, I finally saw a van on the internet at a Ferrari dealership in Massachusetts that looked interesting and just had a price drop. My wife and I decided to take the 45 minute drive to the dealership to see the van.
I searched for a "friendly looking" sales person and asked if he could help me. Fortunately, Esmael Rodrigues was the person who took the van in trade and knew all the details. I explained my situation and he took my wife and me to see the van. We liked the van and went back to Esmael's office to discuss what each of us needed to make a deal happen. I asked that the sales manager be in on our negotiations from the start. While we waited for the sales manager we had a friendly conversation about our travel experiences. Somehow the traditional adversarial car buyer versus dealer conflict disappeared and it was friends talking about their past experiences.
Somehow, whatever charisma we had going on increased when Chris Lozanski, the sales manager walked in. We didn't talk about the van; we talked about our interests and life experiences for quite a while. When we got back to talking about the van it was almost like we were old friends that had a shared problem that we both wanted to solve for our mutual benefit.
Being a Ferrari dealership, they specialized in selling expensive, high end 2-door sports cars to a certain type of customer. Unfortunately, Chris acquired an 18' long "fancy passenger van" (that could probably fit one of his Ferrari's inside the van) as a trade in deal. The 4 year old van with 8 doors and a bed inside had been sitting on the lot for months and was not the type of vehicle Chris usually sold. Chris knew he needed to move the van that didn't fit into his normal inventory range.
There was no haggling, no high pressure to buy this product or pay extra for some other service. Just friends helping each other solve a problem. We signed the papers and I gave them a certified check.
Unfortunately the actual delivery of the van was a little more complicated because of differing state laws, the Christmas - New Years Holidays, and unforeseen mechanical problems. As part of the "dealer prep," they discovered a few problems that were fixed under the manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, they also replaced 4 tires and a wheel rim because they did not meet the Ferrari dealership’s exceptionally high standards for customer satisfaction.
Our salesperson, Esmael Rodrigues, has to be the nicest and most considerate person we have ever done business with. We talked on the phone often (sometimes three times a day) as he explained a problem and how they were going to make sure that it was going to be resolved to their high customer satisfaction standards. Instead of sending a "runner" to perform the ordinary mundane tasks, Esmael personally drove the van everywhere to get whatever procedure needed to be accomplished. In fact, I was so impressed with Esmael that I actually designed and handmade a special gift because of his commitment to total customer satisfaction.
