Saturday I left with my new BMW lease vehicle. Stephen Cornell was very helpful in getting me through this process and explaining/detailing the options of the vehicle. I was shopping different SUVs and this process took more than a month in my research. I am very happy with the vehicle --know that I'll be back for help with all of the bells and whistles!!

I recently purchased a X5 from Motorwerks BMW and had a great experience. I worked with Colin Kacmarsky. Colin was excellent at asking questions to clearly understand my needs. Colin had great knowledge of the vehicle and the features of the many options available. He had the day off on my delivery date but came in to insure it was handled just right. A great personal level of service. I will recommend Colin and Motorwerks to my friends
I went to test drive a few used cars. All of the sale persons I spoke with had a great deal of knowledge and did not pressure me into anything. They gave me enough space and time! I did not purchase a car, but had a very good experience.
Great experience with Brad Davis! My friends told me to go see Brad at BMW, but I didn't want to go to another Machens dealership; and to my surprise, they are not affiliated anymore! I resisted, looking at half a dozen other dealerships before my friend told me again to call Brad. I did this time and to my surprise it was actually an enjoyable car buying experience! I'm a very busy Mom who didn't want to deal with the mess of a dealership; dreaded it actually! Brad brought the car to me, we negotiated over text, made a deal, and I didn't walk into the dealership until I needed to sign (which took 20mins)!!! It was great! Also the level of customer service Brad provided during and has promised after my purchase is great! I really can't imagine dealing with another "car guy" after this! I should have listened to my friends earlier!

It is not often that I'm moved to write an on-line review. I reserve those efforts for notably good and bad experiences. In this case, it's the former. I went to United BMW to test drive a 530i - one of four vehicles that I was considering. Knowing no better, I parked at the Pre-owned Car area of the dealership and had the great fortune of meeting Mr. Charles Reed. He asked me what I was looking for and indicated that we would have to travel to the newly-built New Car lot, about 1/2 mile up the road. Charles found a car that matched my stated requirements and off we went. His knowledge of the vehicle, his ability to compare and contrast it with the other vehicles that I was considering, and his general demeanor were exceptional. At no time that I feel that Charles was "selling me a car". In my opinion, he was simply ensuring that I had an excellent experience during my test drive. That type of customer service is note-worthy. I believe that he truly enjoyed telling me about this excellent vehicle as much as I enjoyed test driving it. The positive experience continued when I was introduced to Dimitri Gossieaux. Dimitri asked the right questions, understood my position, made no attempt at any type of pressure (e.g., "what can I do to put you in this car today?" type of crap), and politely, but enthusiastically, told me what steps I would need to take to move forward with a lease. For several good reasons, I leased the vehicle. Lastly, my travel schedule precluded me from picking up the car during normal business hours. I would have to wait two weeks. Charles volunteered to meet me on his own time on a Sunday evening, so that I could begin experiencing my new BMW - that is the definition of above and beyond. If you're in the market for a new (or used) BMW, find Charles and tell him that Steve sent you!
Creme de la creme of Sales! My BMW sales person, Alex Tanjga is the best on the planet! His customer service skills are amazing. His communication is clear and concise, devoid of double speak! His moral compass is totally ALIGNED- not a sleeze ball sales person. Hid dedication to the customer is unmatched and refreshing. He is very receptive to "the customer's" wants, needs and goes above and beyond! My interaction with Mr. Tanjga was a pleasant surprise and I highly recommend him.
Characteristics: Kind, honest, sense of humor, Doesn't Sell Dreams and will work "hard" to get the best deal.
This was by far the most amazing car buying experience. BMW of Gwinnett had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. The sales advisor, David, was very professional and friendly. I purchased a BMW X1. I was initially was seeking to purchase a certified used one, but they didn’t have the color I wanted. So David worked a deal for me, and I was able to purchase a brand new X1 for the same price as a the certified used I was originally shopping for. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
Our BMW PRODUCT CHAMPION was ALEX TANJGA on the purchase of our CPO 2016 X3. If we based our experience on our first phone call with another rep who immediately pressured, then talked over me loudly and rudely, we may have never stopped by the dealership. But Alex saved the deal, never pressured, got us a fair price, enthusiastically answered every question, knows his BMWs, but best of all is his WINNING POSITIVE ATTITUDE! We've bought a few used cars in our time and it is refreshing to have someone like Alex who we felt we could TRUST!.....................Management was very fair concerning a deep scratch and unsightly touch up blob that they agreed to repaint and looks so much better, this we appreciated. Alex helped facilitate that and kept us informed every step of the way. There was additional, unforeseen drama, concerning pressuring sales managers and other reps wanting our car, but Alex shielded us and communicated with other staff immediately to ensure our satisfaction...............We would definitely buy from Alex again in the future
I decided after many miles of travel in my old car, it was time to look for something new. I reached out to this dealership knowing that my car had a lot of miles on it and I was probably going to be in too deep to make trading it work. They offered me well above what any other dealership had, allowed me to drive my new vehicle for the various appointments I had while they worked on the paperwork, called when it was all was ready. Went back to the dealership and was out the door in under 45 minutes.
I work with a wide range of dealers daily, and have to say, this dealership is one of the best. Highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you.
Looked at a used car and would like to especially recognize the knowledge and courtesy and style of the "genius", Brett. A wonderful concept and great choice in this role. Overall pleased with him.
Disappointed however to learn that the vehicle had "so called" passed the 150 point check up yet the A/C system was not working properly. Understand that the "oxidation" of paint on the hood and trunk has not been remedied but "mislead" when told it would be immediately treated and look like new. I knew that wouldn't be and never should have been told such. Repainting required.

Recently had my 10yr old BMW serviced there and also leased a new one. I can't say enough great things about this dealership! Everyone I dealt with - from the service writers, technicians, service manager, internet sales manager, and client advisor - was awesome! Issue with my older BMW fixed under warranty, and a phenomenal sales experience on the new one. (Particularly Krissy Cone - Internet Manager, and Glenn Falvey - Sales/Client Advisor). Was given a great quote, and treated with a no stress / no pressure attitude the whole time. Highly recommend BMW of Turnersville.
Professional and exceptional customer service provided by Christian Talamini, Paul Naegele and the Turnersville BMW team. Our 328i xdrive lease was coming to an end and we were researching our next vehicle. Christian called to check on our status a month prior to turning in the 328i. We discussed what our expectations were for a possible new lease and he said he'd get back with information. He was in constant contact and we finally agreed verbally on a vehicle and finalized the sale that night. Most of my dealings was with Rob Rose over the phone.I bought cars out of state before but i never did this much communicating with a sales rep.He made the experience worthwhile.Everthing i needed such as having the car looked at by my mechanic and using my credit card to place a down payment and answering my questions about the car was all done without hesitation.They even provide a lift so my car could be inspected.This was a big plus for them,because prior to buying here i found a car that had less mileage but that dealer didn't want my mechanic looking at the car so they lost a sale.Overall so far i had a pleasant experience dealing with Turnersville BMW.There are some unfinished business with my tags and paperwork for my bank that have to go through the dealership,if that part ends with no problems then overall the experience was a success.Thanks to Rob and everyone that helped.And i may call to ask question.

All the stereotypes regarding buying a used car don't apply when you visit BMW of Turnersville.
This dealership doesn't have sales reps they have Client Advisors and that's specifically what my Advisor Christian Talamini did for me, he advised me on the car I came to the dealership to buy. Christian didn't sell me a car, I bought a car from Christian.
Thanks uChristian and the entire team in Turnersville that stayed late to get my financing done and the car detailed very late on a Friday night.
I'll be back again soon.

Bought 3 cars for this dealership in the last year. Every time it was breeze and no haggling. Highly recommend seeing Robert R and the GM of the dealership is awesome. I will always buy my cars from them rather than the dealership that is closer to me.
At first I was confused on who I was dealing with. I was getting emails from two diffrent people. But ounce I went down the first time salesman herb helped me out and was super easy to work with!
