I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

i had an issue with a bad transfer case on a 2013 328i. I had complained of a noise in that car for a year or so but it was never formally documented in service log. Finally it was found that it was the transfer case.. 4K part. my extended warranty was over. I was very upset. however, i want to thank Tim Stone, Service manager and John the deal GM for going out of their way to look at this matter and at the end fix it with no charge. I really appreciated their efforts! They were sensitive to a customers predicament and did the right thing. Thank you! However, my experience with BMW North America Customer Service was horrible. Those folks know absolutely nothing about cars. Why do they work at BMW? Not a good front for BMW to have folks that do not know literally nothing about BMW or mechanics answering phones and talking to clients. She also told me that i could not speak to anyone above her as her manager was HR and did not know cars. Hmmm, i hope someone at BMW headquarters is reading this.

The dealership is very professional and nice. They were very helpful in facilitating the process of trading in a car and buying a previously owned vehicle.

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. He never tried to get me to consider something out of my price range. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. I recently leased a 5series from Jose Valdez. He was honest and straight forward. Quick and open with all information. Friendly but yet still very profession! I have also spoken to another sales there but was unsatisfied with his work. Definitely no other dealership had an sales close to him and that's including leasing companies. My Takata airbag inflated was recalled for my vehicle. I left the car with Jim Reed who took care of it within a matter of hours. It turned out that the airbag in my car wasn’t defective and what I thought would be a 2day wait, turned out to be a 4hr wait which was of very little inconvenience for me. Uber to and from the dealership cost me $45 which was much better than having to rent a vehicle. The attendees were very reassuring, accommodating and pleasant.

No problems in the three years I have had the car. Great for commuting and for long trips. I have had no major expenses or issues

Salesman assigned to me was Billy Talla . Great knowledge & no pressure , test drove vehicles , settled on used 2023 X4 . Price was perfect for budget paid upfront no financing .Did not care for the finance department additional sales attempts for additional warranties & pre payments . Did not make sense for such a great brand , to me personally. Thank’s .
