The car meets all of my needs, but the dealer doesn't honor the warranty. I took it in for some stains on the trim, and they wanted to charge me $1800.00 to replace the trim. I buffed the stains out myself after the trip to the dealer.

This is my second purchase at this location. Originally I purchased a pre-Owned vehicle in 2012 .I was very pleased with the purchase and the staff, as a matter of fact I felt it couldn't get any better.Boy was I wrong. Nick Di Bernard was awesome he went above and beyond my spectations. He was courteous professional and stood true to his word. I'm so happy with my 2014 Grand Turismo...Thanks Nick for creating a" miracle" and Jeff(aka Barry White) for making the finalization so smooth.

It's Worth every PENNY handles great, comfortable, and sleek I liked the feel of it instantly. You should give it a drive.
Very comfortable car buying process. More auto sales staff should adopt their no pressure approach to selling cars. They let the cars sell themselves. Marlon was great. He promptly returned calls with informed answers and helped secure competitive financing rates.
He also had no problem assisting with having the car transported for a third-party inspection. I would not hesitate recommending them.

I am very happy with my new BMW 330 Grand Turismo. Great looking car beautiful interior and a very smooth ride.
Volvo - Received great service during an oil change. While there we decided to trade in my XC60. Received great service from Shay, very patient and polite!
Everyone we dealt with had the same polite and positive attitude. Great job everyone!!

The 330 was not on our radar but after further review and a test drive. Why wouldn't we choose a BMW. Great driving and performance cars. Thumbs up.
Our experience with BMW Pleasant Grove was very positive. They listened to my criteria and found the best car for me. They were very accommodating, negotiable and not pushy. I bought a car I love! Andy and Chris were great to work with!

We traded our BMW X1 for the 330 ix GT to get more room. Now we have a gigantic cargo area and enough room in the back seats fro adults to ride comfortably. We think the fastback is much more stylish than the SUV.
A lot of service departments could learn from this place. I never feel like I'm being oversold repairs, they give prompt answers to my questions, are great at communicating during my repairs, and the technician is very proffesional I'll continue to request Kade to service my vehicles.
