My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Michael Bowers was friendly, professional, and efficient. After we settled on the new 2016 ES350 we were purchasing, he even brought us lunch from the dealership's kitchen for us to enjoy in his office while he did the paperwork! He also expedited our tag and expressed it to our Florida address, since we had to return there from our Spartanburg home before the tag was going to be available. Above and beyond in every respect.

Amazing Combination of Performance and Efficiency

I've put 6500 miles on my 330e and love it. I am averaging 76 mpg. I've traveled 3900 of the 6500 miles in full electric mode according to the BMW app. I am only filling up with gas about once a month and have had one tank where I traveled 1000 miles before filling up. The car has pure BMW performance and handling when you want it in Sport and Sport + mode and full electric while in the city. My commute is about 7 miles each way so I use no gas at all for my commute. The car replaced a 2013 ActiveHybrid 3 and this is a huge improvement. The Sport Package with sport seats and Sport + settings is now standard and the steering, ride and handling are all improved over the 2013. I have made several 400 plus mile trips over mountain passes and have averaged 40 to 42 mpg on long highway trips. The torque of the electric motor is really noticeable in Sport mode with torque like a diesel with the rev range of a gas BMW. I would love a little longer battery range but it works for my commute and for trips to the airport I recharge there and make about 19 of the 21 miles in full electric. Around town I use the MAXeDrive mode with the EcoPro setting and the car has plenty of power for an urban setting. This car would not work as well for someone with a long commute but for me it is amazingly efficient. I wanted a car that cut my carbon footprint but was still fun to drive and this car is it. Seattle has greenhouse gas free electricity and I also have solar so I am feeling good about driving the 330e. 76 mpg is way beyond what I expected and I love the way the car drives and all the BMW features. This is the most fun I've ever had with a car with this combination of superb efficiency and performance.

So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. I'm not capable of driving anything else. I have many health problems and issues so my parents won't let me be allowed to drive anything as such as what I put down to have make and built (obviously with their help in making that available for my own found and sorts).

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Personally I think it is a very balanced car. Looks good, drives good and it has a good MPG. I feel alive whenever I corner the car or accelerate- it makes me smile every time. It is a 3 series... so it is a "bucket list" kind of car. The interior is good, a little bit small... the sets gets my back sweaty and hot on sunny days.. it is not very confortable for road trips I would say. However, for shorter trips or city driving I think it is more than adaquate. I love it. No regrets. The best part is that is a hybrid- a green car :)

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My husband and I recently purchased our second BMW on (8/30/2016). Jay Cruz was our advisor and I have to say that he could not have been more pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! This was hands down the most stress-free car buying experience we have ever had. Jay was on top of his game no matter what questions we had. Our car had a slight problem we noticed after driving it home 170 miles away and Jay responded immediately and advised us how to handle getting it serviced at home (which was corrected promptly). I was in the market for a used 328i and did extensive research on different cars, dealerships, and sales staff. Of all the people contacted, Elvis Blohm was far and away the best I dealt with. From my first contact via email through multiple phone calls, he was professional, honest, and above-board. He did not pressure me, just answered each question I had and allowed me time to decide. When time came for talking price, his first number was not unreasonable, the complete opposite! After finalizing the price over the phone, we arranged a time to meet. After driving over 90 minutes from Thousand Oaks, Elvis had us in and out in a little over an hour. Great experience! We also had the pleasure of working with Sean Wang in Finance. He was well-organized and factually presented information. There was no typical "finance games", just signing the paperwork and short explanations of options. Also, working with Elvis, they did a fantastic job working through the BMW Financial red-tape to ensure I received a rebate offer I was entitled to (but was being denied by BMW FS). Overall, a very pleasurable experience working with Elvis and Sean. As far as the dealership, it was clean, well-organized, and fully staffed. Everyone I came into contact with was happy and willing to provide assistance.

It doesn't get any better than Anetha Bacetti when it comes to truly exceptional service, making me feel special about my journey, and the communication before, during and after my purchase. Buying a car can be stressful enough! With all of the options, features and benefits of one of finest pieces of German machinery there is, falling into the trap of feeling overwhelmed is very easy in this process. But I have to point out that Anetha, is, was and continues to be the exception to that notion. She took all of the confusion, all of the concerns, and all of the typical baggage that comes with buying a car, completely out of our interactions and it all started with her introductory email. She was so pleasant, informative and very knowledgeable! I have been searching for a Polar White Mercedes-Benz C450 AMG 4Matic and when the perfectly equipped and accessorized vehicle showed up on their website I was immediately contacted by Anetha and right away set up an appointment! Test driving was a breeze! I already knew this was the car I wanted so prior to even coming into the dealership I already knew how much I wanted to pay for it. I do have to be honest and say that it was an aggressive offer! After confirming my choice, her and I came to a very FAIR agreement, I would even venture to say it was leaning towards being more FAVORABLE to me. She highly recommended that I purchase pre-paid maintenance, tire and wheel package and windshield, which I totally resisted at first BUT I am so thankful to God that I followed her advice! After 1 year of ownership I am so happy to report that the cost for these items have already paid for themselves even after interest was calculated, which by the way she went to bat for me and gave me a super low 2.99%!!! Because of the car's uniqueness, and the fact that it was the Mercedes-Benz C450 AMG 4Matic equipped exactly how I wanted it, that was available anywhere, I decided that the customer service I got from her early on in the sale, gave me the feeling and belief that she will take care of me after the sale as well. And that reassurance is was let me know to this day, that the money I paid for my car, was definitely worth more than the money itself. Because thru it all, I got my car, I got a great experience and I also earned her as my advocate!

Combine BMW's stellar driving punch with fuel economy and you get this! I addition to it being a fun sporty vehicle this car will change how you think of your usual fuel pump pit stops. I enjoyed driving this vehicle around town, it had enough torque to make it a zippy drive, in addition to being a very quiet cabin. The interior features look like any other 3 series sedan except for the "edrive" button, the exterior has special badging that makes others know your driving an "E" vehicle. The car comes with a charger that you can plug to any regular outlet for easy convenience at home. The 330e gives you complete liberty as to how you'd like the car to perform whether its strictly gas, electric power or a combination of both!

Shift is a bit different as they are not actually dealers but consignment for the sellers. A slightly different yet interesting approach. They basically are a mobible auto selling business that comes to you. The cars are inspected, clean and offer competitive pricing. The salesperson lets you take your time, drive the vehicle and offers info and financing and extended warranty options. This is a great idea and hats off to the group who started this business.
