I don't review a lot, but I have to mention the service I received from Jeff Ludwig. When I bought my 2013 Audi S4 APR Stage II, back in 2015, Jeff helped me and even sent me videos of the car since I was buying from Illinois. He also held the car with a modest downpayment for me.
Unfortunately my mechanic stole some of the upgrades off of my car when it was in for my last service. Since Manheim did the upgrade I had no paperwork. I searched my email, called Manheim, Jeff still worked there, and had me all the paperwork I needed to support my claim in 2 hours. If that isn't after sales support I don't know what is. Being able to count on a guy several states away, years after the fact, is the type of person I would want to work with if I were you.
To management: Please give Jeff a raise.
Great sneaky quick car

These cars a great value and sneaky fast. I also own a E92 M3 and that is angry this one is just smooth, quiet and quick. I real joy to drive everyday.
Brad was amazing, and we were close to making a deal on an awesome Audi Q7. I found a perfect match for me elsewhere, but I will definitely return to Sterling Motorcars when making a future purchase. They have a great selection of cars, and the low-pressure atmosphere is exactly what I prefer when purchasing a vehicle. Great job.

Car has everything I want and need. Great gas mileage and all the bells and whistles. Get an M if you can afford it but the V6 turbo in this is exciting.
Never looked forward to buying a car and dealing with salesmen, but Brad was very personable and made the process absolutely painless Got a very good deal.
Most fun to drive

This car is an absolute pleasure to drive- it handles great and has lots of power. I love driving my car, and I think it's one of the best looking vehicles. The interior is comfortable and all the options are great. The one thing I don't like is paying BMW maintenance costs- while the car is reliable, repairs and routine maintenance are very expensive.
Their website showed an '11 VW Jetta TDI, something I had been looking for. Called and confirmed it was still available. Made the 1 hour drive to the lot. Found it easily. Was taken back by the number of BMW's there along with several Audi's and Porsche's. Not able to find the Jetta at first. Brad came out of the office and led me to it. When I mentioned my intent to take the car to Maryland, he warned that the safety inspection process there had proven troublesome even for cars that recently passed PA's inspection. I was willing to take the risk and after doing a quick once over, a good test drive and a review of the CARFAX report, I was ready to go for it. Even though it had 92K miles on it, it was in amazing condition which tracked with the maintenance records on CARFAX. Passed Brad an out of state check and indicated I would be back in a few days - after the check had cleared - to pick it up. Returned two days later. The Jetta was sitting in front, ready to go. Ran it through the MD inspection the next day. No faults found. A few days later Brad overnighted me the title so I could registration and titling in MD. The last major appliance I bought wasn't this easy. Thanks to Brad and everyone for a great buying experience.

lt met me needs as a commuter . l enjoyed the power and ability to get around heavy traffic . The only thing l did not like was that the room at the back limited my 6'1'' sons from relaxing on long drives
Jim C is always really friendly and really professional. I'm never in there for long, which is great when you have to wait in a dealership for your car to be ready.
Know how to Wrench yourself

Handling, comfort, performance are all A++. For the money you cannot buy anything close to these USED. Now, prepare to do brakes yourself, (easy) and deal with the oil housing gasket leak if it has not been done. The gasket leak is 2000 at the dealer and 800 at an indy shop. I did it for 50 bux using real BMW gaskets (there is a difference...another story) Also, tranny flush with so called "lifetime" fluid will have to be done around 80k miles. About 4-500 dollars depending on where you go. My car is a convertible and it does have a minor leak, maybe a drain plug is clogged. I am lucky because I have a garage. On the weekend cruises with the top down, there's nothing like and the exhaust sounds fantastic. So far so good in its reliability.
When we walked into the showroom we were greeted By Devin in a very respectful manner. He has outstanding customer service, knows his product and did not put any pressure on us. He made us feel welcome and worked very had to get us what we wanted and make sure we were happy. If you want to work with someone that listens and understands what you want, Devin is your man. Been buying cars for over 50 years, best salesperson I ever met. Go see him and you will have a wonderful experience.

Very fun car to drive. I'm 6'4" and fit fine. It is expensive to repair. I would recommend purchasing an extended warranty if you plan to keep the car for awhile.
