I rarely write reviews, but this one is necessary. I have owned 5 Honda cars over the years, purchased from 3 different local dealerships. I visited these same 3 dealers and was very dissatisfied during this round. So, I decided to give Davis Honda a try. I met with Salesperson George Trauger. Thanks to George, this car buying experience was UNBELIEVABLY hassle-free and unlike any other I’ve had before. George made the process fun, fast, fresh and friendly.
Additionally, in my travels I have found that meeting with dealership Finance Managers is one of the most stressful parts of the car buying process, where Finance Managers aggressively push overpriced products I didn’t ask for. worked with Alex Edgar and Craig Brauer, they are super helpful. This is our first stop for shopping a new bmw x5. it only took a morning to finish everything, and drive the new car back home. highly recommended. however, i could only give a 4 star for dealership. it is because of Jowel Ahmed. He was doing paper work for us. But he was trying to play some trick on us. he misleaded us to purchase some unnecessary maintenance coverage. and he did not provide us enough coverage policy information. After gettting back home, we talked with our friends with bmw, just figure it out. The coverage on brake and belt is very unlikely to be useful for the first three years of the bmw X5. And this coverage can be cancelled within certain time window. Jowel never mentioned the cancellation policy to us. overall, princeton bmw is a great place for shopping bmw. their front desk are very helpful, but need be careful for their back office guys .
My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. All were concerned with our needs and very professional ; all around nice guys. Would purchase here again. Thanks Guys !!! Al T.
Called to inquire over phone about a Honda man over phone Chris was unknowledgeable about any car and seemed uninterested. We then traveled to dealership in person and same guy was on cell phone, had a client waiting at his desk and another client sitting in chair as he discussed people personal financial and credit "instant turnoff". Need to get better salespeople!!
Happy with the efforts of everyone involved in my deal.
