I had an awesome experienced purchasing my car at AutoSource this past weekend. Nisho went above and beyond to get me the best deal and car I was looking for. He was very professional and patient with my wife and me. He was very thorough while giving me the history of the car. He even offered me to take care of some cosmetic repairs on the car! The cool thing about the whole experience was I never felt pressured into buying anything that I didn't feel comfortable with. My only comment is the lack of food in the dealership. We were there from 8:30 am - 3pm and we were unable to get anything but popcorn.

Service was done fast and friendly. Thank you I had to replace my bmw emblem last month and it came off in the wash bay. I had to go find it myself. I priced replacement of them emblem in parts department and it was over 5 times marked up from eBay. I was told it was a different part but upon inspection of both, it was the same. I left with leaving the impression that the person I spoke with was correct about it being a different kind of part. Some times simple things make no difference and the feeling of being superior matter more to some than others. Just a note. Antwon was not responsible for any of this. He was super and made me feel like I should have stayed speaking with him instead of pointing out the emblem as missing to the most available person in service once I noticed the problem.
I have never had a team work so hard to make my dream happen. Veronica Tran and the finance manager spent hours to make sure that i got what I wanted for the package that met my needs. I had been searching for an Audi S3 in a specific color in my area. No local dealership in NC had the color I was looking for. This is the first time I've ever owned an electric car, so I had many questions. Larry was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He also provided me with very specific information, advice and paperwork; for example, regarding sales tax, that saved me a lot of money. I love my electric car and Larry helped make the transition very easy.
The entire experience exceeded my expectations at every level! The diagnosis and explanation were presented in a way that I understood exactly what was wrong with my car. Every single one of the staff members were professional, polite and respectful!
