All went well with Brian in sales. I previewed the car over the internet on Cars, got a deal sheet by email and drove from Maryland to New York here alll went well Until the business manager was so busy that I waited for an hour + to sign papers. I brought my 3 Series in to have the air bag replaced and while it was there had the oil changed and the radio repaired (it did not turn off). From the minute I drove in the staff could not have been more helpful. Service Advisor Gina Todisco was a pleasure to work with. While I was waiting, she reported back to tell me how the service was progressing. The technician E. Ibanez, immediately identified the problem with the radio and knew how to repair it. The repair took quite some time since Mr Ibanez would not reinstall the radio until he was sure the epoxy was thoroughly dry. Gina apologized for the time it was taking and even offered to drive me home. Attentiveness such as this is more than I ever expected. I was provided with a list of things which will need to be looked at, but they did not try to convince me that everything needed to be repaired immediately. They know how to treat customers and how to develop long term relationships.
I was so impressed with how fast Al and his team worked to have my dream vehicle available for me the day I bought it. I had been shopping around quite aggressively for a while and the process was nightmarish. Al and Marc eased all of my anxiety and frustrations. They we’re professional, kind, and funny. The people at the dealership are very nice. I found that they do not follow through well with customers. When I originally called, I made an appointment to test drive a car. When I arrived the salesman was off and they had no idea I was coming. The new salesman was great in explaining things about the car and made the sale but then did not follow through. The Finance person told me they would call the next day by 12 noon and they didn't call till after I had called twice around 4 pm. They could call and tell me they don't have an answer yet. The salesman also told me they would call in the morning to set up an appointment to fix something on the car I purchased and I have not heard back from them since. Maybe I am being picky but this is a BMW dealership and I expect nothing but excellent service.
I hadn't ever considered what the "perfect" car buying experience would be --but now I know. I walked into the dealership as simply a shopper with an interest and was assigned to a man named Frank C. In short, he was patient with my dumb questions (was new to BMWs), was never pushy and always personable and professional. Very quickly, he matched me with the right vehicle and everything was a breeze after that. The manager asked if I could take delivery that day (which I didn't think was possible) but it was and, by the end of the day, was driving my new car home.
Having had purchased many cars before, this was a truly unique experience and now know what the perfect car buying experience really is. Thanks so much for that, Frank and the Mt Kisco BMW team!

You meet at the entrance service people, they are all organized, all goes very fast, I got a loaner, I was in and out in no time, nice friendly people, I couldn't shop for BMW in another place. They called when car was ready. I was very satisfied.
