Friendly, fair pricing and no pressure. I test drove on my own and there was no urgency to buy. I worked with Frank. We negotiated over the phone, took less than 10 mins, and Frank had my paperwork ready upon arriving and took less than 15 mins to sign. Unfortunately, after taking the 2015 A4 premium plus with manual transmission home, the pedals gave me issues with my knees. I talked to Frank and Stu (owner), both gave me a fair price to return to A4 for another purchase. These guys are classy salesmen. Again, their pricing is fair and there is no pressure to buy.

Car is sporty yet roomy enough to for all. I love the idrive it is easy to use, cup holders could be in a place so larger cups could fit in better. Only negative feature if the car
My car was overheating on my way to work, and I managed to get to BMW Bellevue. They got my car into the service line, quickly diagnosed and discussed my options, and repaired effectively at a fair price. Recommended.

I own the M-Sport Convertible with every option that the manufacturer has. This is a weekend car for me and being that it's a convertible its a lot of fun to drive. The engine is a 4 cylinder Twin Turbo. The car has enough power to get you up to speed in no time. Overall, I am very pleased with the style an performance of the car. The only one complaint I have is the ride is a little stiff with the 19-inch wheels.
I recently bought an Audi A6 from these guys and I was really surprised how easy the whole process was, from start to finish. When I first came in to check out the car, the sales guys didn't attack me like most dealerships. They were really kind a helpful, they are also super laid back about test drives, which I loved! After I came back to buy the car, the process was really fast and simple. I also enjoyed working with the staff after I bought the car. I had some additional requests about some of the interior pieces, they agreed to help me out and fix all the things I asked them about! And they definitely don't cheap out on anything! Even on the small things, like replacing a simple MMI knob, they wont go to some cheap service center, they take it to a certified Audi Dealership, and that was really important to me because I was buying an expensive german car. Huge thanks to Thomas and Banko for being really responsive and helpful with all my requests!

A nice car but not enough HP. 435i is much better. Suspension is hard, good for play, bad for long-term driving. however it’s still a good car.

Good tech options. Comfortable when you need it to be. Fun when you want it to be. A lot of car for the money. You’re not gonna win any drag races in this but you’ll enjoy loosing :D
Car is perfect for me. Luxurious and sporty at the same time. High performance and looks fantastic while reasonably priced. The hard top convertible is definitely an all seasons vehicle that will put a smile on your face every time you drive it.

Car shopping is not painless, especially if you are female, but here it turned out to be as good an experience as car shopping can be. I knew what I wanted and they had two models to choose from. Jorge, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in and did not pressure or rush me about making a decision. I eventually decided to take one for a test drive and Jorge went along to describe all the features and help set them up. Matt, in finance, found me a better rate than I had and was very patient with me while I was asking questions and reading fine print. I also met the owner who was very gracious, unlike the one I had met the previous weekend and walked out on. I am very happy with my SLK 250 and would recommend this dealership for their non-pressure attitude and professionalism (plus senses of humor!)
The worst thing you can do is fall in love with a car on-line that's 200 miles away (yep, that's what I did). Bob Graham was very up-front and accommodating during initial phone call. Low-key, slept on it overnight and put down deposit next day. Antsy about buying a luxury automobile ($$) never having seen it, so made a speed run to Seattle (unannounced) the day before I was to pick the unit up just to give it a once-over. Bob G. took it in stride, we reviewed and test drove the unit, took care of all the paperwork and I came back the next day and drove it home. Follow-up (title and deposit refund) were taken care of efficiently. We have local contacts for this type of vehicle (Mercedes SUV) but will probably return to Elliot Bay for our next purchase.
My salesman Kyle Harrell has given excellent customer service from the first time I walked into the dealership. He ordered me a new vehicle and has kept me updated throughout the whole process. I never felt high pressured to get anything other than exactly what I wanted, that includes the final paperwork with the Finance Manager.
Great people, my truck is well taken care of. Have gotten many years of dependable service by having Harris Ford do most of my maintenance. They don't oversell you on things you don't need.
