My salesman Kyle Harrell has given excellent customer service from the first time I walked into the dealership. He ordered me a new vehicle and has kept me updated throughout the whole process. I never felt high pressured to get anything other than exactly what I wanted, that includes the final paperwork with the Finance Manager.
I've now purchased two vehicles from Goodfella's; my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee purchased in April and my wife's 2011 Lexus CT200h purchased this Month. At other dealerships I was subject to shady half-truths and hidden records but throughout my experience Goodfella's has changed my perceptions of Used Dealers. Polite, Honest, Open, Professional, and Fair. The owners Mike and Tara have earned a life long customer in my family. I highly recommend giving them a try to see for yourself.
Michael was hands down the most professional, experienced, patient, and understanding sales person with which we interacted during our search for my wife's dream car. We visited almost every BMW dealership in the greater Seattle area and Michael was the best. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Car shopping is not painless, especially if you are female, but here it turned out to be as good an experience as car shopping can be. I knew what I wanted and they had two models to choose from. Jorge, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in and did not pressure or rush me about making a decision. I eventually decided to take one for a test drive and Jorge went along to describe all the features and help set them up. Matt, in finance, found me a better rate than I had and was very patient with me while I was asking questions and reading fine print. I also met the owner who was very gracious, unlike the one I had met the previous weekend and walked out on. I am very happy with my SLK 250 and would recommend this dealership for their non-pressure attitude and professionalism (plus senses of humor!)
It was a good experience and I had a chance to look at the car, the car matches what's being said in the add but I felt little over priced compared to others in the neighbourhood.
People at this dealership are good but they should know how to convince a customer rather showing some attitude, this is what I felt but every one's opinion is different.
In early July 2015, I began an unexpected search for a second vehicle, a BMW convertible. Having looked online at cars for sale, I found a couple of them posted at the Bellevue Auto House and I decided to go check them out. As a single woman, I was a little nervous that I wouldn't be taken seriously, treated with respect, or given a fair deal. It's been a few weeks since I walked into their showroom unannounced, and I can say with 100% confidence that none of these worries came to pass. Alan greeted me and made me feel welcome immediately. He heard what I wanted in a car, what I didn't want, and addressed all of my concerns honestly without a high pressure or condescending approach. Ultimately I found the car I was looking for at a fair price from a dealer that I would do business with again without hesitation. Matt was professional and efficient in doing the financial paperwork but also shared in my joy as I purchased my beautiful car. Sean was very pleasant when our paths crossed during the transaction. My car was overheating on my way to work, and I managed to get to BMW Bellevue. They got my car into the service line, quickly diagnosed and discussed my options, and repaired effectively at a fair price. Recommended.
I bought a new Volt. The sales reps were not able to answer some of my questions and when the car was picked up it was still dirty with scuff marks. There was glue on the inside of the window from the sticker.
I recently bought an Audi A6 from these guys and I was really surprised how easy the whole process was, from start to finish. When I first came in to check out the car, the sales guys didn't attack me like most dealerships. They were really kind a helpful, they are also super laid back about test drives, which I loved! After I came back to buy the car, the process was really fast and simple. I also enjoyed working with the staff after I bought the car. I had some additional requests about some of the interior pieces, they agreed to help me out and fix all the things I asked them about! And they definitely don't cheap out on anything! Even on the small things, like replacing a simple MMI knob, they wont go to some cheap service center, they take it to a certified Audi Dealership, and that was really important to me because I was buying an expensive german car. Huge thanks to Thomas and Banko for being really responsive and helpful with all my requests!

We appreciate the time and patience that Steve Lewis gave us while selecting a car at Elliott Bay Motors. Unfortunately I have some disabilities that makes car shopping a bit more challenging.
