I decided after many miles of travel in my old car, it was time to look for something new. I reached out to this dealership knowing that my car had a lot of miles on it and I was probably going to be in too deep to make trading it work. They offered me well above what any other dealership had, allowed me to drive my new vehicle for the various appointments I had while they worked on the paperwork, called when it was all was ready. Went back to the dealership and was out the door in under 45 minutes.

Today I bought a Nissan Frontier from Woody Folsom Nissan in Vidalia. It was the best vehicle-buying experience in my life. Their pricing beat out the other seven Nissan dealers I had visited and/or contacted, by a mile. So I drove two hours from Brunswick, GA to get a GREAT DEAL from Woody Folsom Nissan. While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel and called the closest BMW dealer just before closing time. I wanted to have the car towed over to the service dept. I was told the service dept was really backed up and to call back when they opened tomorrow morning. When I called back at 7AM, I got Patti Kupfer. She said send it on over and she'd get it looked at and see what they could do. She called back later that day and told me the problem and said the parts were in stock and she thought they could get it finished by the time my meeting was over. True to her word the car was ready as promised! Great service!
Service was fine. I'm a pretty regular customer. Sometimes it is hard to get any service advisor on the phone, and they don't call you back in a timely manner. As for the coutesy vehicles, I have said this before. They should be first come, first serve. Not just 2011 and newer cars. I have a 2006. Us older car owners are BNW's cash cow. We pay out of pocket or our extended warranty pays them. The newer car owners cars are still under warranty so they don't make any money on them.
What car buying experience should be! No pressure, up front pricing and complete transparency from start to finish! Bryan Hannah in Sales and Chad Smith in Finance restored my faith that there are still honest people in the car business!
I have done business with CVVW several times now and have ALWAYS had a great experience. They are under new management and the place has a energetic and professional feel about it. They were polite, attentive, and they offer some of the best prices for regular maintenance service in the area.
