Could not have asked for a better and friendly sales representative like Clara. She was amazing and Sam was great. They both worked to get to make sure my experience was an amazing one. I was pleased with their service and diligence. Thank you Clara and Sam. I will see you guys again.
Service was fine. I'm a pretty regular customer. Sometimes it is hard to get any service advisor on the phone, and they don't call you back in a timely manner. As for the coutesy vehicles, I have said this before. They should be first come, first serve. Not just 2011 and newer cars. I have a 2006. Us older car owners are BNW's cash cow. We pay out of pocket or our extended warranty pays them. The newer car owners cars are still under warranty so they don't make any money on them.
I decided after many miles of travel in my old car, it was time to look for something new. I reached out to this dealership knowing that my car had a lot of miles on it and I was probably going to be in too deep to make trading it work. They offered me well above what any other dealership had, allowed me to drive my new vehicle for the various appointments I had while they worked on the paperwork, called when it was all was ready. Went back to the dealership and was out the door in under 45 minutes.
I work with a wide range of dealers daily, and have to say, this dealership is one of the best. Highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you.
The service from Nick starting from the time I walked into the dealership was outstanding. He is wicked smart about BMWs and explained everything in a professional manner. I will definitely purchase my next car from him.
Great Experience, Dean is a first class guy, he's not high pressure, very detailed and knowledgeable, this is my second purchase with Dean. Susan was also awesome in reviewing the car features. Overall leasing process was less than 30 minutes!
Maria provided excellent customer service! She demonstrated and extraordinary ability to understand my needs without being ever making me feel pressured. She is very knowledgeable and extremely quick! She was extremely patient and helpful, and despite having to stay past showroom hours, made sure that the car was in perfect condition before I left. It was a pleasure working with Maria, I highly recommend her!
While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel and called the closest BMW dealer just before closing time. I wanted to have the car towed over to the service dept. I was told the service dept was really backed up and to call back when they opened tomorrow morning. When I called back at 7AM, I got Patti Kupfer. She said send it on over and she'd get it looked at and see what they could do. She called back later that day and told me the problem and said the parts were in stock and she thought they could get it finished by the time my meeting was over. True to her word the car was ready as promised! Great service!

The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere! You will leave this dealership knowing that you made the right choice as they are honest, trustworthy and have integrity! Thanks again to everyone at mainline BMW!

One of the easiest and most pleasant car purchases that I have made in a long time and I have bought and leased a lot of cars over the years. Kevin Krisher, Internet Sales Manager was fantastic to work with. Leased a New 2017 Nissan Rogue and the price was as advertised, no pressure up selling options, etc. Was torn between Black or White and Kevin brought both Models up front for me to see so I can decide which one I wanted.
