Justin was both easy to work with and business like. Ordered a new 2018 230i and was bit nervous getting back into BMW after owning a Honda past 4+ years. But Justin made me feel comfortable right off the bat. He was a pleasure to deal with and exerted zero pressure that I had to purchase vehicle through him. We negotiated price satisfactory to both sides with no tension and he assured all available rebates were captured to help bring the price down.. Also, Justin supported a VG and fair trade-in price for my '14 Accord to help seal the deal. And one of the managers Anthony Catena stepped in on Justin's day off to help answer few questions when i called the day before my pick-up. Anthony also followed up later in day with another call to confirm all was set. Very nice gesture Also, the car was spotless when i picked it up, they truly prepped it great and vehicle was just delivered 1/2 day before I picked it up.. thanks Justin & team!!!

I usually utilize a different dealership because I work in a different state, but I have to say my recent visit to Wagner's service department has forced me to reconsider. My service advisor, Hank S, was outstanding, very informative and quick to proactively update and respond to any inquiries I had. Excellent experience.

Went in for interior detailing and this is the best service my car and I have ever received. Friendly greetings from a beat after I walked in, I was checked in on multiple times while I was there waiting by different agents (offered water, sofa, coffee, and conversation), I loved the comfortable lounge space, and everything was clear up front from the get go. Don't even get me started on my car-- the interior previously looked like I had been giving rides to livestock, and now it looks fresh off the show room floor. Couldn't be happier and I feel like I got it for a steal :) Trust'em! You won't regret it.

He is a man of his word- the bumper was scratched (typical city bumper) and he had it repaired and it looks brand new). I bought my jeep from jonathan mills (Mr.NiceGuy) @ Tim short middlesboro and i was thouroughly impressed with this bunch. I found the jeep and just wanted to drive it, to see if i liked it and was asked, "what if i could make you the deal of a lifetime" so i endulged them and they did have an awesome deal but i said No not today, maybe this week sometime. Then the Manager Chris Agee (The PriceSlasher) came out. Boy did he live up to his name! They made me feel like that it was a big deal to get my business. So i let them have it because they earned it. Thank you fellas, i really appreciate it and I LOVE my JEEP. ask for Mr. Nice Guy or the Priceslasher and you will NOT be disappointed.
Creme de la creme of Sales! My BMW sales person, Alex Tanjga is the best on the planet! His customer service skills are amazing. His communication is clear and concise, devoid of double speak! His moral compass is totally ALIGNED- not a sleeze ball sales person. Hid dedication to the customer is unmatched and refreshing. He is very receptive to "the customer's" wants, needs and goes above and beyond! My interaction with Mr. Tanjga was a pleasant surprise and I highly recommend him.

My husband purchased a 2011 Infiniti QX56 and I must say I am beyond satisfied. They only had the car for 8 days before I saw it online, and although it was test-drove and checked out, whomever traded it in unpluged the battery so that the check engine light wouldn't come on for a couple of days. Well we purchased the vehicle as is no warranty. We had it for 48 hours before the check engine light came on and Donohoo Auto agreed to pick up the vehicle give us a courtesy car while they fixed our vehicle. Only for us to get the vehicle back and the check engine light came on again, and they stepped in once again. We are so appreciative for donohoo Auto and I would recommend them over anyone!!! The staff was very polite and attentive. Kathryn was such a doll, Jimmy was awesome, and Jim exceeded my expectations
After 30+ years of driving, and having made numerous vehicle purchases, I have never had a more pleasant experience than the two times I have purchased from Donohoo. They have an awesome web site that easily allows for a detailed search of their inventory. On our last visit I showed up and the car I was interested in was backed up to the the curb in front of the building as I had called ahead. After being greeted warmly by their two receptionists, and having my DL info collected, we were invited to take it for a test drive at our leisure with no other interaction from their sales staff. We took the next half hour to inspect and drive the car, and then met with a member of their sales team (Mark Hubbard) who gave us hard copies of the CarFax (also found in their web site listings) and Auto Check reports for the vehicle. All vehicles that I considered were priced very reasonably with respect to KBB Fair Purchase Price and NADA numbers. They advertise no haggle pricing, and I saw no reason to based on the research I had done. I asked for the vehicle to be put on a rack in their service department for a more thorough evaluation, and within 10 minutes I was walking underneath it with a flashlight. (NOTE: Their service department is quite clean and highly organized...pretty much what you would find at a new car dealership. Very impressive for a type A person like myself.) After about 15 - 20 to minutes to prepare the paperwork I was taken to their business manager to sign the documents and close the deal. I have never encountered another dealer that does business quite the way they do at Dononoo. My wife absolutely LOATHES car shopping as she has tagged along on too many visits to dealerships that lasted WAY too long (mostly in an attempt to pressure a sale). Her preference is for car shopping to be like dress shopping...go to the store...get directed to the appropriate department...pick out a few dresses...try them on...decide which one you like (can be more than one in dress shopping!)...head to a cashier...pay and leave. That's pretty much what you get when shopping at Donohoo. She actually enjoyed this purchase experience. That is a HUGE statement! I highly recommend Donohoo Auto if they have the make and model you are looking for!
I have been in the market to buy a year or two old S4 for a few months, but the dealerships in my area had either the wrong color or the cars had too many miles. Whitaker Sports and Import Cars has a great variety of import cars in their indoor warehouse, which was nice to walk through. The car salesman was very knowledgeable, easygoing and made the car buying process pleasant. I will be using this shop in the future when looking to buy a used car, and would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Just purchased a brand new MINI at MINI of Wichita, couldn't have gone any smoother, the price was given upfront with no back and forth. Financing was straightforward (didnt have to see another person, my salesperson handled this). Will go back in the future.
My car was totaled by a reckless driver a week ago (I was rear ended at high speed while I was sitting in traffic), so I was having to find a new car on a short and unexpected notice. I obviously wasn???t a very happy car shopper, given the reason behind my urgent need in a new car. After test driving several cars and visiting several ???luxury??? car dealerships, I was about to go home, but decided to visit one last dealership (Schomp BMW). I had BMWs in the past from Schomp, so I knew the quality of their cars and the outstanding quality of service they are well known for. However, I was blown away when I walked in their doors today. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I told her I was there to test drive the X3 and she immediately went in search of an available client advisor for me. She reappeared with a true gem and class act named Sam Nejad. I told Sam my story about my car being totaled by a reckless driver and that I was interested in the X3. He went right to work for me and I never looked back. He was extremely knowledgeable about BMWs, especially the X3. Before we went on our test drive, we walked around the entire vehicle and Sam pointed out all of the features and he did the same once we got inside the car. Once we got on the road, he showed me all of the features in real time as we were driving. At my previous ???luxury??? dealerships, the client advisors/sales people told me more about their personal lives than about the car. At one dealership, I knew more about the car???s features than the salesperson did and at another, I ended up knowing more about the salesperson???s entire life story than I learned about the car. Sam was honest, trustworthy and 100% BS-free. Not once did I have reservations about him. He has the rare and unique talent of balancing extreme professionalism with being funny and very personable. His passion about BMWs is infectious. I especially valued his ability to be very efficient, but yet not feeling rushed at all. He went above and beyond. I have no idea where Schomp BMW found Sam, but I hope they hang on to him because he is the real deal. I have to say everyone I interacted with today at Schomp BMW was exceptional: so friendly, helpful and professional without being overbearing at all. Schomp BMW and Sam Nejad are refreshing in the world of car dealerships. They know the perfect recipe for doing it right. Thank you!
On Monday, 7/11/2016, I drove into the BMW service area. I was immediately greeted by a friendly young man who took my keys and stated that a service advisor would be with me in just a moment (this was a good start). Jenna came over introduced herself and we briefly discussed the one year warranty on my wife's 528XI. She mentioned it would be about an hour so I decided to wait. About a half-hour into my waiting time, Jenna came over and mentioned that prior warranty work was missed (by me and my wife). If I wanted to wait it would not take long. I agreed. Net, net, in less than two hours we had new wiper blades, engine oil service, and brake flush. In addition the micorofilter was replaced and the car was fully washed and dried. I would like to thank Ms. Jenna Malone and the entire BMW service team for their attention to detail and outstanding customer service.
Was in the market for a used car and found a 2012 Jeep Liberty Limited Jet, that was appealing by the pictures, the cars history and the competetive pricing. The offer for our Trade-In was acceptable and when I realized another price decrease for our 'dreamcar' I knew that I had to act quickly in order to get the deal secured. Roger Surroz and Patrick Quinlan happened to be my client advisors and both made a remarkable job in order to make the deal happen even over a long distance of about 700 miles. Knowing that our purchase in comparison to other ones in an impressive dealership like Schomp BMW was a rather small one, we were treated very well and we felt welcomed the minute we arrived at the dealership. The paperwork-process was conducted very fast and efficient and the promise towards our Trade-In value was kept. All in all a very exciting time for us, in which Schomp BMW performed as good as it can get!!
