Jenna, who pleasantly greeted us outside (her second day on the job) wasn’t pushy whatsoever, listened to exactly what we were looking for, and assisted us from start to finish. She didn’t try to persuade us into a different vehicle or try to increase the down payment or payments like many sales people do. She worked her magic along with Kevin and Austin to make it happen. From the sales department to the service department even the people who answer the phones everyone is pleasant, helpful and professional. Jim Barth (sales) in particular is great, he's always ready to answer a question and never hard sells me anything. often when I take a car in for an oil change I have to take a look at the new cars. Jim always says Hi but is respectful when I tell him I'm just looking and not ready for a new car just yet.

I had previously refused to deal with the local Bmw dealer. Recently , Mr. Jim Teeter purchased the facility. Since the ownership change, my son bought a 2013 750LI from BMW of Tyler, and I bought a 2016 740I. The whole buying experience was great , a 5 star rating as shown above. They even went to my house to pick up my trade in for me. They made the process seamless. For as the detailing the car was prepped and very clean. For some reason, there seems to be a very small inventory for luxury sedans of late. My wife and I were pretty frustrated trying to land a specific model (Merc S550). When I first stopped by Go Luxury Auto Group's, I was impressed with the amazing collection and quality of cars. Just 2 days later, I got a call saying they found the car of my choice and scheduled an appointment to take it on a test drive. I just wanted to share my experience with Bill Luke San Tan. I saw a Titan Pro 4x online that I was really interested in. I filled out some information online and the next morning I got a call to talk a little more about the truck. After they were able to give me an incredibly accurate quote for my trade in and what my monthly payment would be for this truck, I decided that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I was told that I should put a deposit down on the truck to make sure that I could come pick it up the next day (I had to drive in from out of town). I was able to provide my deposit online for the truck and I'm glad I did because I heard that there was a lot of interest in the truck. Eli the sales agent had all the paper work ready for me when I got to the dealership in the evening. The process was incredibly fast, besides all the friendly chatting I had with everyone there. Once our paperwork went to financing Brock took care of us within 30 minutes, and that was with me asking quite a few questions. The whole process here was fast and friendly.
