I was a remote customer from Norfolk, VA and Joe has been very helpful assisting me with more car information to make the purchase decision. It took him great efforts to follow-up on my car and documents delivery and share me the status always. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with the dealership and would recommend others.
We deal with Josh Carvalho, the service manager and Bryan Wells, the service adviser. They both go out of their way to work with us in getting our fleet of Volvos in for service in a timely fashion when issues crop up.

My experience today buying a BMW from Ben and his team was pure joy. It was a huge purchase for me and enjoyed it whole-heartedly. I found the car on line and called Ben for details. He listened, set appointment to test drive it and comparable vehicles. As a result of Ben's pragmatic approach, I decided to purchase the car in 30 minutes. My last BMW purchase from Herb Chambers was painful. I doubted I would ever have the time to deal with the shenanigans of a BMW sales process again. Ben and his team restored the faith in the brand. Thanks to a long line of customers at the business office, I was able to avoid the typical water-boarding session with the business manager. It is challenging to find people who are passionate and earnest like Ben, Darren and Bela. You would be wise to take good care of them.
