Very good overall; service rep (David Goldberg) was careful to explain repairs. Repairs were completed in a reasonable time and I was kept informed of status.

Was looking for an sport car that was appropriate for a 33yrs professional, found the right balance between style and class. Good fuel economy, 2-doors still spacious inside, great navigation system.
Excellent driveability on rainy conditions.
My husband and I were shopping for a car and Harold Blackwell greeted us at the door. He made buying a car a wonderful experience. He was very informative, professional and honest.
All around - a great vehicle with style!

In my opinion, the car possesses great "looks" ....performs like a sports car (amazing handling)... good gas mileage and the price for these features was quite good.

the car is excellent and awesome to drive. Gives excellent mpg. The most beautiful car in the BMW lineup. Definitely would recommend to shortlist the car if not buy it.
Elena greeted me promptly upon arrival at my service appointment. She kept me posted periodically concerning the progress of the service of my vehicle. The facilities were clean, well organized and the staff were very courteous and professional.
I recently got my 2012 X3 Power Sunroof Motor replaced at Fairfax BMW service center. Tyler did a great job and talked with my third-party extended warranty service on my behalf (I have read about unpleasant stories regarding these third-party extended warranty providers) - and they agreed to cover the repair cost without any hassle! I really appreciate Tyler's help and his dedication to make his customer satisfied.
