I've purchased dozens of vehicles and I have to say this dealership trained their staff well. My salesman Roman Schroeder is a wealth of knowledge about many vehicles and there was no phone pressure or trickery. He explained the process and the deal very clearly. The Finance manager Vic Moscevsky was super friendly and completed the finance and closing options clearly and again with no trickery. They have won my business this time with my new Mercedes, and quite probably in the future with a new Porsche. Can't wait to see the new dealership too.

I appreciated the transparency during the process. I received a copy of the carfax and had my questions answered. It didn't take long to take a test drive. My only complain is the length of time I had to wait to sign the paperwork with the finance department..
