He was very personable and attentive to helping me find exactly what I wanted and he was a pleasure to work with! Mike helped finish the financing process answering all of my questions. The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere! You will leave this dealership knowing that you made the right choice as they are honest, trustworthy and have integrity! Thanks again to everyone at mainline BMW!
Just left BMW of the Main Line for yet another Seamless Service Visit! I Applaud them for the Insite in hiring Top Notch service minded Staff. My Service Agent, Bill Sampson is the reason I am and will always be a loyal BMW of the Main Line Customer! This guy not only "Gets It" he makes each and every client his Priority! I'm in a Successful Service Business and I can honestly say I learn a lot from watching this guy! Kid Glove Customer Service!! And the Car Wash at the End of each Service, Brilliant!!

I can???t say enough about Ashley and Tim at Princeton BMW. They went beyond out of their way to help me with an emergency situatio. I didn???t have to wait long at all (without an appointment) to handle my situation. They are extremely professional and very helpful. I highly recommend them for everything.
worked with Alex Edgar and Craig Brauer, they are super helpful. This is our first stop for shopping a new bmw x5. it only took a morning to finish everything, and drive the new car back home. highly recommended. however, i could only give a 4 star for dealership. it is because of Jowel Ahmed. He was doing paper work for us. But he was trying to play some trick on us. he misleaded us to purchase some unnecessary maintenance coverage. and he did not provide us enough coverage policy information. After gettting back home, we talked with our friends with bmw, just figure it out. The coverage on brake and belt is very unlikely to be useful for the first three years of the bmw X5. And this coverage can be cancelled within certain time window. Jowel never mentioned the cancellation policy to us. overall, princeton bmw is a great place for shopping bmw. their front desk are very helpful, but need be careful for their back office guys .
Went to the dealership to browse and met Carl and he was such a great guy who was very resourceful. He was not pushy or inpatient, it was like he placed himself in my shoes and offered me all information I needed to make my decision. I'm loving my 4 series, very pleased with my purchase.

I used to shop elsewhere. I visited Princeton BMW for the first time, this summer. I met with a wonderful gentleman, let him know what I was looking for and Carl Prince made my 'M' dreams happen!! Go see him if you're into BMW's!
Carl is an intelligent sales man who introduced me to an amazing 3 series that i fell in love with. I would reccomend Carl to anyone as well as his manager Danny. Princeton BMW is a fantastic dealership in every way.
Carl is very professional and extremely patient with us. He is very knowledgable and made sure to explain us all the Technical details in the comparison of different Models. Its very easy to talk to Carl and I would definitely visit Princeton BMW again for my next purchase.
Best car buying experience ever. No pressure whatsoever. Herb, our sales guy, was awesome. He knew the car inside and out. He had all the paperwork prepared for when we arrived, and it only took an hour total to get everything done. Can speak highly enough of our experience and would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys.
Most of my dealings was with Rob Rose over the phone.I bought cars out of state before but i never did this much communicating with a sales rep.He made the experience worthwhile.Everthing i needed such as having the car looked at by my mechanic and using my credit card to place a down payment and answering my questions about the car was all done without hesitation.They even provide a lift so my car could be inspected.This was a big plus for them,because prior to buying here i found a car that had less mileage but that dealer didn't want my mechanic looking at the car so they lost a sale.Overall so far i had a pleasant experience dealing with Turnersville BMW.There are some unfinished business with my tags and paperwork for my bank that have to go through the dealership,if that part ends with no problems then overall the experience was a success.Thanks to Rob and everyone that helped.And i may call to ask question.
Recently had my 10yr old BMW serviced there and also leased a new one. I can't say enough great things about this dealership! Everyone I dealt with - from the service writers, technicians, service manager, internet sales manager, and client advisor - was awesome! Issue with my older BMW fixed under warranty, and a phenomenal sales experience on the new one. (Particularly Krissy Cone - Internet Manager, and Glenn Falvey - Sales/Client Advisor). Was given a great quote, and treated with a no stress / no pressure attitude the whole time. Highly recommend BMW of Turnersville.
