Thank you Cars.com! After weeks of searching and having a bad experience with one dealership... I happened to find a Duramax Diesel truck, on this site, in the middle of the night! I contacted the dealership and Jamal at Porsche of Stevens Creek helped me get my truck. I got such a great deal that now all my buddies are checking out the site too! LOL! I would highly recommend using this site to anyone looking for a car. They prepped the vehicle and it was in PRISTINE condition! Unlike other dealerships which presented cars that looked like they had just been towed! Being a Porsche dealership you expect the best and that's what you got. I can actually say I went to the Porsche dealership and bought a vehicle! It just happened to be an lifted 06 Chevy Duramax 2500 LBZ! If I ever win the Lotto I'll go back to Jamal!

I have bought many cars over the years and have been a loyal Lexus owner. I was disappointed in the newest design of the Lexus fleet, so felt the need to look around. I had stopped into your dealership a number of years ago and had worked with Tom Brandt. Although, I opted to return to Lexus, Tom had left a favorable impression and I had saved his contact info on my phone. So I looked him up. Tim was very professional. His approach was laid back, no pressure whatsoever and his enthusiasm for BMW was infectious. We took a short test drive in an executive driven 530. I loved the car and came back to buy it a couple of days later. Jori was terrific as well and I was in a hurry. She got me out of there in no time. I came back a week later to learn the ins and outs of the car. I hated to leave Bredemann. I only hope the rest of my experience at your dealership will match my buying experience.
A disagreement on the down payment prevented me from getting a car I had looked for and wanted for an extended period of time.. initially the agreement was for a full cash down payment equaling $2,100... I told them that I could possibly be willing to trade my current car in as part or the whole amount down.. from there on they told me that they could only take my car as trade in for $ 1,000 .. (noooo) and then on top of that a $1,000 cash...well I didn’t want to take 1000 for my car so I said I could do the 2000 cash.. they said the banks refused the cash and would only do it with the car as trade in.. I told them I didn’t want to use my car as trade in once again , and they gave me a buyback option on my own car for $1300.... none of it made cense to me as being in a consumer position.. So in the end I didn’t get my dream car although I was willing to pay 100 more in a cash down payment.. sad day
I had the pleasure to meet a very talented and friendly young salesman 6 plus years ago. Last month, I bought the third one from the same awesome guy! He sure knows his stuff well and is very professional. He sure does everything to make this process as easy and quick as possible. Great expirience!

I went in to look at a car that was at this Alexandria location. Right from the beginning Habib Mehdi gave me a warm welcome and took great care of me. Habib was very knowledgeable about his cars and helped me feel very comfortable with the car. After assuring i was ready to move forward he handed me over to Hash Abbasi, Also another team member of this Alexandria location. Both these guys really took the time to make sure I was ready to go. I can???t say enough about Ashley and Tim at Princeton BMW. They went beyond out of their way to help me with an emergency situatio. I didn???t have to wait long at all (without an appointment) to handle my situation. They are extremely professional and very helpful. I highly recommend them for everything.
This recent purchase of our 2018 X3 is our 5th BMW from I.G. Burton and the last four have been with Nate Robinson. He is polite, has a thorough knowledge of the BMW line of vehicles, is responsible and follows though in a timely manner, and has come to know what features we like/dislike over the years. He is also a BMW owner, which says volumes about his belief and dedication to the product that he sells.

I inquired on a vehicle and received a very prompt response through both phone and e-mail. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I was interested in had been sold earlier that day. They apologized for the inconvenience and even gave me a time frame for the ads to be removed.
I received a follow-up a day or so later to see if there was anything else they could assist with. I have my heart set on a very particular vehicle, so I declined, but the extra effort was appreciated - even more so because they have not continued to reach out after making it clear that I'm out of state and not looking for anything except that particular vehicle make / model and options.
