Car is what I was looking for just had a bad experience getting it. Just a great looking handling machine. With the turbo 6 cylinder it goes pretty good too.

But one thing I brought 18000 Ford Escape it came with one key it a feature on car u can setup under the mykey program system…..they made me buy the spare key for the car which I just purchased two days ago….Bad Business…but great customer service🤣🤣🤣🤷‍♂️

I bought this car because I owned a 2014 BMW 435i before. My husband was driving it, and someone pulled out in front of him. He didn't even have time to hit the breaks. When I arrived on scene, to see all the safety mechanisms that deployed impressed me beyond belief. Not only was my husband able to exit the car through the door, but was only feeling pain from seatbelt, and burning sensations from impacts of air bags. So blessed he is still with me, and very impressed with BMW. Besides the safety, the car handles excellent, and comfortable as well. Love the heads up display. Never have to take my eyes off the road. Very happy with my "STAR"..... she is a beautiful and SAFE vehicle!!!

Well-designed, good power, very functional car for commting and general use. Electronics and Harman Kardon sound system enhance the experience. Electronic steering a definite plus. Heads up display and safety features a definite plus.

First time reviewing on google and was glad to give this beautiful dealership one. After shopping around different dealerships for weeks, I was finally able to find the best deal here. As soon as I stepped foot inside I felt the great energy. They are very welcoming and accepting of me and a few other customers coming in through the door. The receptionist is very sweet, nice and the managers behind her as well. A saleswoman came up to me and guided me to her desk to get everything started. She was very thorough with the entire process and what is happening. I found that as a good sign because of the honesty going on here. Her name is Brianna and she has been here for a while now. I WENT TO GO SEE THE CAR, LOVED IT! I noticed how much of great condition they are all in. One thing i did notice was how rude some customers were here and it showed lack of etiquette they had. Its such a shame how many customers have treated this business and how they just walk over these people's hard work. I can claim that these reviews are from those kind of people who have no consideration of how hard these staff work. Word of advice from someone who bought a car from here, please come with patience and time because the goal here is to leave with the car same day delivery. When it came down to financing I was able to get a good and reasonable rate. The finance department is very experienced with loans given that they specialize in their finance only deals. Ofc everybody is different but I have came here because a few friends and family members have bought cars from here and never gave any problems and no complaints. I came from Hazleton Pennsylvania and was able to drive back in my car. I had great and high hopes for them given that i have read the good and bad reviews but the good ones are from who does understand how hard they work and want to become part of the certified luxury motors family. i bought a car from here. i was treated nicely, covid guidelines were met. i rate this place 5 stars.

I bought my first BMW at Sterling in 2002. It was a 330 sedan and I loved it. Since then I’ve been loyal to BMW and to Sterling motors who have in return been loyal to me, rewarding my loyalty with excellent service and a large choice of outstanding vehicles. I will say however this car is the best one of the lot that I have ever owned and hopefully I will keep this long into the future.

Car came with a full set of winter tires, rims included, that was thrown in for free in addition to the all-season tires. When I showed up to pick up my new car, it was in pristine condition with a full tank of gas. Any request that I made, Jay and his team delivered. Ordered Crosstek with many accessories. Took weeks for the vehicle to come in due to supply issues. After receiving the vehicle, I was introduced to very courteous people in all departments. They even have a answer man that can answer any question about your vehicle.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

After having my mirror glass flew off I called VW of Kirkland and ordered replacement. It came in the next day and I took my car in the filling morning to have it attached. It was done quickly and the service rep was very nice. He even wiped my key, door handles, and inside arm rest area to sanitize!
