Sirius XM gave me a call telling me that I had a free subscription which was going to end. I had no idea that I had a free subscription available... Arthur spoke to me and cleared things up about all the features. He and I met as well to get a better understanding of the car that I got. I have had 7 BMWs and I am finally confident in saying that I know how to use my beautiful car.
Had to get a new lease because current 320 is over miles and lease is due in a week. Stanley took good care of me and Angel set up my phone and explain whats new on my new 330i. Beautiful car and surely I will enjoy this new ride.
First I got internet salesman, then when I arrived at the dealership I was referred to another salesman. I was told the car was not at dealership.....then after I bought the car and finished with the finance office, I never saw
the salesman again to congratulate me nor to instruct on new vehicle!!!
Went in for a normal service and an issue with the TMP system. Gave details with pictures and verbally. The Tech did not seem to understand or look at the issue described; did not diagnose it. Recommended only option which was expensive and not necessarily called for. Would have given it five stars if I did not have to take matters in my own hands and work with the service manager to complete the service thoroughly, including proper diagnosis, communications and timely completion. Would have given zero star if the service manager had not stepped in to correct the issues.
Alan gave me a great deal on my 2018 BMW X3 M40i, every time I have a question about anything, he has the answer and responds quickly. Great guy overall... if planning on purchasing a BMW, see Alan at Long Beach.

I have I have owned or leased BMW’s since 1974. I as was in the market for a lease with some very specific targets. They beat my expectations with ease, class and quality. I found the deal I wanted on their mailer with an almost unbelievable deal. The dealership was spotless, my agent, Manny was exemplary and everyone I met there from the administrative assistant to the Sales manager and Finance manager were all gracious and helpful. I was in and out in about two hours with a better car that I rolled in with paying less per month than on my previous lease. Nice.

I received a call from Gonzalo when I was two payments away from the end of my lease. He offered to go over with me some incentive offers for a new lease. Although my lease was financed through BMW Monrovia, I???ve taken my cars to New Century for service many times over the years. I know them to be friendly and efficient, and I was anxious about owing $4K at the end of my lease due to over-mileage. Gonzalo was straightforward with me and didn???t subject to me to the typical sales pitch or try hard-sell tactics. His honesty and the respectful way he worked with me made it the most positive experience of I???ve ever had with getting into a new vehicle. He clearly presented the essential information to allow me to understand my options and make an informed decision. There were no slight-of-hand tricks. There was no B.S. What is usually a stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly positive.
My i3 made a weird noise. It was quicky diagnosed as a rock wedged in bewteen the brake rotor and backing plate. Loaner car was great and everyone was so courteous and friendly
