my experience at Crevier BMW was a repeat of the last time working with Mark Holmes. He knew what I wanted and explained the features of the Pre-owned 535 I purchased. I have previously purchased a 545 from Mark Holmes several years ago. Everything went smoothly. I hope to see Mark again when I am ready for another BMW. I have been doing business with Crevier since 1992.
I had taken my car for service at Crevier many times as decided to check them out to purchase a Pre-owned certified BMW. Mark Holmes, my sales account manager was excellent. He knew everything about all the cars and features. He was very helpful in making some recommendations or suggestions when I asked him. I loved that he did NOT push me at all into buying. I was able to bring my husband and kids back to look at a couple of the cars that I was considering and also test drive. Mark was great in every way and I even managed to make him smile! The process was very easy. I bought a 4 series 280i Gran Coupe and I love it. If you want to buy a Pre-Owned Certified BMW, this is the place. They have way more to choose from becuase they are the biggest dealershipin the country and they are set up to assist and help you in every way. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They have BMW great accessories that you can buy too. The finance manager that prepared my load, Eli, was also great. He explained everything and prepared all the paperwork and was easy to talk to and ask questions.

First I got internet salesman, then when I arrived at the dealership I was referred to another salesman. I was told the car was not at dealership.....then after I bought the car and finished with the finance office, I never saw
the salesman again to congratulate me nor to instruct on new vehicle!!!
Went in for a normal service and an issue with the TMP system. Gave details with pictures and verbally. The Tech did not seem to understand or look at the issue described; did not diagnose it. Recommended only option which was expensive and not necessarily called for. Would have given it five stars if I did not have to take matters in my own hands and work with the service manager to complete the service thoroughly, including proper diagnosis, communications and timely completion. Would have given zero star if the service manager had not stepped in to correct the issues.
Everything was great except for time it took to get my car back. I had a 7am appt and didn't get my car back unti after 3pm. Why make an appointment. One other time it took three hours for a oil change. This is why I would not take my car to a dealer for service when I have other options.
