Purchase Experience Redeemed First of all, absolutely love the vehicle hence I'm a returning customer. I was contacted by the general manager about upgrading my vehicle lease 4 months early. I agreed, completed paperwork, and received the vehicle. There was a mixup in the remaining balance for the old vehicle but I'm happy to report that this has been resolved. I do like this dealership and the people there.
My salesman Kyle Harrell has given excellent customer service from the first time I walked into the dealership. He ordered me a new vehicle and has kept me updated throughout the whole process. I never felt high pressured to get anything other than exactly what I wanted, that includes the final paperwork with the Finance Manager.

Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.

What an amazing experience from start to finish, and I wasn't even buying new. I found the Audi A6 of my dreams, and I couldn't be happier. My 2011 BMW needed some repair that my hometown auto repair wasn't able to do so I called Gault. We made an appt., I took my car in, they called that very morning with what needed to be done and an estimate of cost and time. They got it done quicker than anticipated. When I picked up my car it was as clean as if I had just bought it from them. Unfortunately Gault is about 40 miles from my area or I would take my car there for every minor thing also! I was VERY happy with the service!

I wanted to purchase a BMW for my wife for christmas. John made the whole process easy and straight forward. I was able to get the certified car she wanted at a good price. When my wife came to the dealership to pick up the car John had the car pulled into the showroom with a large red bow on the hood and a sign wishing merry christmas. None of these things in themselves are that extrodenary , but made me and my wife very happy. I would certainly recommend John Steele as someone you should speak with if you are even thinking of getting into a BMW.
