Ok guys I have waited for the right time to make this post as I did not want to rush and leave a review that could potentially hurt other buyers. As a consumer I usually do read the comments about the dealers and items I buy and it does make a big difference in my final decision making. So getting to the bottom of it I possibly got one of the best deals in buying my Mercedes E350. I have had it for a little over a month now and I love it. The customer service at paradise motors is a very relaxed environment and they are absolutely great in working with you to help you reach the goal price that you want and also offer an absolutely AMAZING!!! Finance option. I am very very satisfied with my buy and would definitely recommend the next set of buyers to consider making their next purchase from paradise motors. Of course to all you buyers out there make sure you check everything on the car before you buy it and I mean everything because you might find the simplest things that you normally don't think about not functioning properly. I have looked at most of their inventory and also did my research for a long time before buying the car and for as loaded as my car was NOBODY!! Could have beat their price. Very very happy... Paradise motor Sports is the best dealership I've ever dealt with!! This is my second car I've purchased from them. I bought a 2008 Infiniti G35xs 5 years ago and it has been the best car I've ever owned, actually, I love it so much that I'm not trading it in, im keeping it for a backup car!! It has over 200k miles and drives and rides like new!! I just bought a 2013 BMW 328i xdrive, loaded with everything I thing you can get on a car, at well over $3500 cheaper than any other dealership or individual!! I recently purchased a 2013 Mazda 6 I Touring from Paradise Motors, and the process was a breeze. Alan was more than happy to have the car washed and ready for a test drive, and even when I noticed that a headlight was out a few days later (I hadn't driven it in the dark until then), they were more than happy to repair it for me for free...and on the day before Thanksgiving. My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from the Dan Cummins dealership and felt we received a good vehicle for a fair price. Their finance people were able to get us a good interest rate on our loan with favorable terms that worked for us. Moving forward in time 6 months after our purchase, we experienced a front end problem. It turned out that a wheel bearing had locked up and fortunately the extended warranty that we purchased covered the cost of the repair, minus the deductible. Further, in analyzing this problem, it was observed that the brake pads were beyond the limits and the service manager agreed that the pads should have probably been replaced prior to our purchase, as we had put only 6000 miles on the vehicle in the 6 months that we had owned it. The service manager, along with our sales manager, decided that the right thing to do was to replace the front brake pads and rotors at no cost to us. They went one step further. The rear brake pads were not beyond the wear limits but were very close, so they replaced the rear pads also. We were very pleasantly surprised as we felt we would be in for a battle to convince someone that we should not be responsible for this issue. Instead, the people at Dan Cummins went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our issue was resolved. They have won my business and I have told all my friends to visit the Dan Cummins website when looking for a vehicle to purchase.

I was considering getting a new Honda Accord at basically the same price point but this used 2016 BMW 528 far surpassed the new 2019 Accord in every way except for the blind spot warnings and front collision warnings. The engine, handling, all around quality, and fact that it has AWD all helped make this decision very easy.

Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mark Bowen was probably the best car salesman I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
The dealership seemed very accommodating. However, I buy several vehicles a year and the process was cumbersome. Too many i's to dot and unnecessary questions/forms to fill out. If a guy comes in with a cash deal, he should be on the road in 30 minutes. Mark was liquid smooth and had the process ironed out completely, there was just a LOT to do. The gentleman that took my payment was also very practiced, but again, too many forms.
I would assuredly use this dealer again, especially with Mark. He is watching for a vehicle for me as we speak.
I will also say that Logan did a good job fielding my questions over email, etc...

I bought another BMW for 1 reason. Patron Hatcher. If he ever leaves Don Jacobs and goes to another luxury car dealer, so will my business. This is the 3rd BMW I bought from him (plus a used Jeep). Don Jacobs couldn't be luckier to have him as a loyal member of their team. I will recommend a friend to Patron every day of the week. But it has nothing to do with the dealership itself. In fairness, the service folks are great too. If I sound bitter about the dealership itself, it is because I am. I had an issue with my last BMW and felt Don Jacobs did not go to bat for me to BMW of America.
