no pushy salesperson, no wasting time. they let me go to the car i liked
asked if i wanted to have a look inside, Dave got the keys, told me a little bit about it, asked if i would like to drive. test drove it and loved it and made the deal without any hassle whatsoever!! they even let me drive off with my new car on a sunday when all banks and credit unions are closed

2015 Buick Encore
I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
My car was overheating on my way to work, and I managed to get to BMW Bellevue. They got my car into the service line, quickly diagnosed and discussed my options, and repaired effectively at a fair price. Recommended.
The entire buying experience was unlike any car buying experience I've ever had! Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, helpful and accommodating! I called to ask about an SUV I had seen on Cars.com and Mark went out and took pictures of it and texted them to me. He then had it ready for me when I arrived to test drive it. They let me take it for a test drive by myself (!) which is so awesome, because I wasn't all nervous about someone watching me drive. I came back and talked with the financial people. I made a reasonable lower offer and they agreed to it. There were some scratches under the door handles and they buffed them out. The final meeting with the financial gentleman took like 15 minutes. No hard sell on buying a warranty or anything like that. The best/easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Classy guys!

Car shopping is not painless, especially if you are female, but here it turned out to be as good an experience as car shopping can be. I knew what I wanted and they had two models to choose from. Jorge, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in and did not pressure or rush me about making a decision. I eventually decided to take one for a test drive and Jorge went along to describe all the features and help set them up. Matt, in finance, found me a better rate than I had and was very patient with me while I was asking questions and reading fine print. I also met the owner who was very gracious, unlike the one I had met the previous weekend and walked out on. I am very happy with my SLK 250 and would recommend this dealership for their non-pressure attitude and professionalism (plus senses of humor!)

We came to Legend to see a van we found on Auto trader. I called ahead and John had it pulled up ready for us to see. He was awesome in showing us all the features and letting us take it out for a decent length test drive. He never pushed us to look at any more expensive vehicles we didn't want like most used car salesmen do. Mike in finance was awesome to work with as well. He made the whole process extremely easy. Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.
I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. They are honest and fair dealers and accommodated my request for my own inspection (in fact they encouraged me to be satisfied before buying). Pricing is reasonable. I like their selection of cars. I did not look at every single one of them, but I believe they have some great finds there. I will definitely go back to find hopefully my next vehicle purchase. Keep up the great work!
