Allison was super helpful, enthusiastic, and it doesn't hurt that she's an avid MINI lover/owner as well! Rob in the finance department was also quite informative, and answered all of my questions in full detail. Overall, this was an awesome car-buying experience! I didn't feel pressured into buying, and I drove away VERY happily in the exact MINI I wanted!
The buying experience was OK, at the time I bought my vehicle I was also shopping with another dealership. I chose SA BMW because I feel like they gave me a better deal. My problem with the process is that my vehicle was missing equiptment that was promised with the vehicle: floor matts cigarette lighters, an extra key and a tow plug that was missing from the bumper. I was promised these items and I was told that I would have these items in about a week. I have attempted to contact the salesperson Kirk at least twice a day and left messages, each time I call he doesn't answer his cell phone nor does he return my phone calls. I was skeptical about leaving the dealership without having everything that goes with a Certified Preowned Vehicle. Before I bought the vehicle I was getting calls for employees and the salesman Kirk 4-5 times a day. My advice to anyone in the market for a vehicle make sure you have everything that goes with the vehicle before you leave the property. Because once they have your money the level of concern for the customer will no longer exist.
Everything went smooth on my used car purchase from the moment I walked into Alamo Car Center . In and out in 1 hour and very please with my decision! I will be recommending Alamo to my family and co workers !

We walked in knowing what I wanted we were left alone to look over the car. The young man who helped us seemed new but was great to talk to. We were able to make a deal and paper work was done swiftly and painlessly. They did a quick car clean up and we were gone in roughly 2.5 hrs.
As a first time financer, We went in thinking they were going to try to screw us BUT, that was not the case at all. Although we didnt want to dealer financing, it worked out in the end. We got an amazing car that was only a year old and for a ridiculously great price!! Darren, our guide was super helpful and not pushy at all!! We told him exactly what we came for and we were in and out in 2 hrs!! It was great and i got to drive my car home that day. I'm glad we went when we did because they had just lowered the price on the car and not even 20 mins after we signed, a young lady came in wanting the same car!! I cant say enough great things. Simply put: When I leased my new Countryman in September, 2018, I was astonished at the level of customer service I experienced. Holly Bell, Albie Burch and especially Rob Silva. All of them were fantastic and obviously have gone through rigorous CS training and it shows. But, having spent the most time with Rob--between choosing my car, learning the tech and handling several follow-up issues that were resolved immediately--Rob was more like a brother who knows my car better than I do than a car salesman. Thank you Holly in service, Albie in finance and Rob who maybe needs a better handle than "sales" because he's on another level! And thank you Mini for hiring all three of these fantastic people.
