Stopped in to make an appointment and was very pleased the Adviser said if could handle an hour and half they would do it fight now. First time I’d ever been taken as a walk-in. It saved a ton of my time since I live 17 miles away. Kudos to the service adviser.
I had a scary experience when the Accelerator of my car stopped working while I was on the highway. I would hope that BMW leadership Would note that there should be some time allowed for a drive her to get hurt his car off the highway, before the vehicle goes into limp mode.
I was lucky I was in the right-hand lane when this happened and could get my car into a small space where the road I was on allowed you to turn off to another highway. There was no shoulder on the road I was traveling. So this could have been my fatal ride.
Also I trust the repair has been done fully and well, based on my past experience with this dealership. But I cannot accurately report since I just picked up the car after repairs yesterday

Great experience buying a new X5. Car is excellent. Got a good pre-negotiated price, worked with Vesna, she was great, spent a lot of time with us explaining car features. She also followed up with us after a week of ownership, in case there are any questions. Looks like dealership wants to create a long term relationship with customers

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer. A salesman named Phil worked with me, and he was rude, condescending, and sarcastic the entire time. Frankly I bought the car despite him, not because of him, and was close to walking out several times. Another issue is that they kept changing the terms of the deal on me. Finally, buyer beware regarding sales on their website, I experienced bait and switch. I cannot recommend this dealer.
I had a noise coming from my wheel as a result of apparent damage from parking boot. The manager took it for a quick spin and discovered it was just something bent. He fixed in in seconds and sent me on my way at no charge. It was a busy day there and they did me a big favor.
