Both of them were class acts, willing to work on a very fair trade in value and purchase price. They made the entire process very seamless and enjoyable. I also had a great experience with Roma, the finance manager. He was willing to offer a 3rd party warranty for a very fair rate and extended the term over the standard offerings. This is the most comfortable car for driver and passengers I have ever owned. I really like the 4-cylinder engine, a very pleasant surprise, especially coming from a V8-cylinder BMW 650i Cabriolet. It could be termed a four-wheeled computer and entertainment center. Long road trips are a pleasure.

I visited on a Saturday afternoon so there was a bit of a wait understandably. Had a good experience overall! Rayan was attentive and accommodating! Worth the drive and traffic from Virginia.

Bimmer had an issue on Saturday morning. I called the dealer they advised me to bring the vehicle into service dept. It took an hour to get my vehicle checked in and was given a loaner vehicle. Glad they were able to keep get me in a running vehicle while mine is down for repair.

When I arrived at the BMW of Sterling dealership on Feb 8 for some required maintenance work, I was immediately met by Carlos, a Service Advisor. Carlos documented my concerns and directed me to the waiting area. Carlos continuously kept me informed of the status of my X-5 repair and after receiving the recommended repair work from the mechanic, requested my approval to move forward with the repair work. During the entire time I was waiting at the dealership, Carlos was very professional and helpful. I strongly recommend Carlos as a Service Advisor and BMW of Sterling for the repair of any BMW that requires service and/or maintenance.

Almost 4 years of driving experience, 35000 km , reliable, gas saving, quiet and comfortable.fast , but you need to add premium gas, generally, this car is a great choice
