When we saw the Certified Toyota Highlander Hybrid at Fred Haas Toyota World in Houston we called right away. We were connected to Diego Andrade. He is a great person to do business with. Diego sent us pictures and videos of the car and handled all the paperwork perfectly. With the airport - IAH - a few miles from the dealership, we were ready to Uber a ride there. Diego wouldn’t let that happen. He picked us up at the airport in his personal vehicle! 4 hours later my wife and I were on the road enjoying the beautiful Highlander (getting 36 MPG) traveling thru east Texas and up through Arkansas. Overall good experience with my first service visit. I made an appt but they were still very busy when I arrived. Check in time was good and I was notified on the progress of my maintenance. I was told it would take 2 1/2 hours which it approximately did. Check out was smooth as well, and i received my car cleaner than when I brought it in.
