This is my honest review, i haven't been paid or coerced, Lol. The customer service here SERIOUSLY impressed me!! My experience with Marietta Auto Sales started with my test drive with Anthony (Hayes). He was super friendly and personable and answered all my questions about the 2013 Nissan Altima Coupe I wanted to purchase. He wasn't pushy or car salesy, just cool and patient. I did a test drive right before leaving for a week-long vacation and, unlike every SINGLE other car dealership I visited before my vacation, Anthony didnt call and text me 50 million times a day bugging me about when I'd come back in. He respected my time and didnt push. When I came back, I requested a pre-purchase inspection, brought it back, and there was a small hiccup but Anthony was out sick so i spoke with another salesperson who turned me ALL THE WAY OFF with his indifference and lack of good customer service. Like, I told him to give me my check back and was prepared to walk out. Luckily, I was able to speak with Sedric, the business manager, before i left and he addressed my concerns calmly and patiently. He could tell I was frustrated and really wanted to keep my business, which I appreciated SO MUCH. After that, the process of buying was incredibly smooth. Sedric promised to take care of the inspection issues personally, and have the car ready the very next day (today). He did exactly what he promised he would do, with the BEST attitude and customer service. I was ON FIRE when I sat down at his desk and he didnt even break a sweat, lol. (I HIGHLY recommend speaking with him if you run into any problems.) Picked up the car the next day, Anthony was back and got me in and out. I expected to be in the dealership forever, but he took care of my financing, kept the energy upbeat, answered every single one of my 7.8 million questions, and made sure I got exactly what i wanted. Communicative and funny and well-informed. Go straight to HIM when you go there, he's gonna take the best care of you. :) There was a small glitch in the process, but the way these guys turned a potentially bad experience around deserves 10 BIG STARS! Car buying is crazy stressful but I definitely made the right choice coming here, despite some of the bad experiences of others.

I have purchased many cars in my 57 years; however, more recently, each time I bought a car, it seemed to get more confusing, more time consuming, more wasted time chasing "internet deals" that turned out not to be deals at all, salespeople refusing to give me an "idea" or "ball-park" price without actually meeting face-to-face or simply not listening to what I was trying to say..??? This all changed when I spoke with Kevin at Atlanta Luxury Motors (ALM). Kevin listened so well that a couple of times I thought my cell phone had dropped the call???. but after Kevin summarized what I was asking for and offered a few tips on the warranty questions that I had, I knew immediately that not only was he listening???. he seemed to really care. We talked about my budget and he provided with several car options that were, quite frankly, almost too good to be true! Still "leery" from recent auto purchases???. I was imagining the quintessential "GOTCHA" as I drove to ALM to look at the car options that were presented to me on the phone. I was with my Wife and Daughter as the car purchase was to be for my Daughter to drive back and forth from school???.. I literally playing out all of the horrible possibilities of "bait & switch", "high-pressure", tag-team Manager "take-over" sales gimmicks and the most dreaded???.. finding out the deal you made with the Salesman & Sales Manager isn't the same deal the Finance Manager presents to you, thus starting the negotiations all over again???.. followed by endless "up-sell" and "add-on" pitches. It was a very cold day when we arrived at ALM???. Kevin had the car washed and warming-up when we arrived. After offering us hot beverages, Kevin gave us an overview of the features of the car and went for a test ride with my Daughter driving??? during the test ride, Kevin pointed out the safety features and accessories of the car while asking for her "candid" input as to how the car was handling, breaking and performing. After returning to ALM and my Daughter's approval of the car, Kevin had her current car appraised??? her car had a "DSC Traction Control" warning light on and the car had some nicks & dings; therefore, being that the car we were looking at was well below market value???. I was waiting/expecting a "low-ball" or unreasonable trade-in offer. I couldn't have been more wrong as Kevin returned with a trade-in offer that couldn't have been more reasonable and well above what I was expecting. After applying the trade-in to the price we agreed upon earlier, we headed into the Finance Office where we met Eric???. My Family's experience thus far had been so absolutely enjoyable??? the pessimist in me was still waiting "for the shoe to drop"???. Once again, I could't have been more wrong as Eric presented a couple of finance options???. some of which were lower than the offers discussed when putting the pricing together with Kevin. Eric effortlessly prepared the documents (with a short delay to change a printer cartridge) then explained each of the documents in easy to understand terms while patiently answering all of our questions???. Eric turned out to be very professional, competent, warm, friendly and quite entertaining???. as I cannot remember ever "laughing", as we did , in a Auto Dealer's Finance Office. This review is one of very few that I have ever written and although it has turned out to be much longer than I anticipated writing??? I feel as if I owed it to Kevin, Eric & ALM for making my Family's car buying experience such a pleasurable one! Not only did I get an AWESOME price on an AWESOME automobile???. I really feel like I met some AWESOME new friends that make me smile! I would highly recommend ALM to my Friends and I cannot imagine buying a car again from anyone else???..

The epa mileage needs revision, I could get more miles with less hassle in an Avalon Toyota, without the plug in every day for paltry 14 miles. I expected it to charge itself as I am driving. The trunk is smaller than my previous because off the battery too. Some one please explain.

Luxury in a sporty car. Very happy with the purchase and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this model. Only downside is the mileage when fully charged is disappointing as often I drive longer distances and don't have ability to recharge. If you are doing shorter distances or errands around town and have the ability to recharge between these short trips, you would rarely need to use any gasoline.

Fantastic design. Super high tech but very intuitive and easy to figure our and adapt even by old folks. Amazing safety features. We drove an Audi 6 for 7 years. The BMW is Orders of magnitude nicer, more comfortable and better equipped. Anything you’d ever want or need comes standard. No upsaling as is so often the case with Audi and Mercedes. Very pleased with our new BMW!!! Our dealership, BMW of Fairfax is superb! Go see Erik.

Disappointing electric range

I traded in a '18 Lexus es300h for the '18 BMW 530e. Many great features, like the outstanding HUD, quietness, and power. Biggest disappointment is the electric range. The car when fully charged shows 15 miles range on electric. By the time I'm out if the garage it shows 14 miles . After driving like I have raw eggs in the back seat at around 40mph on empty country road, the battery is depleted at 13 miles by the odometer. Now it costs me $0.95/ mile for electricity costing $0.16/ KWH at my condo. If I believe the sticker, the car in hybrid only mode gets 28mpg. This means it costs me $0.107/ mile with premium gas at $3/gal. Is it worth it when my Lexus got close to 40mpg as a hybrid? That would be around $0.07 per mile with gas costing $2.80/gal.

Great experience with Brad Davis! My friends told me to go see Brad at BMW, but I didn't want to go to another Machens dealership; and to my surprise, they are not affiliated anymore! I resisted, looking at half a dozen other dealerships before my friend told me again to call Brad. I did this time and to my surprise it was actually an enjoyable car buying experience! I'm a very busy Mom who didn't want to deal with the mess of a dealership; dreaded it actually! Brad brought the car to me, we negotiated over text, made a deal, and I didn't walk into the dealership until I needed to sign (which took 20mins)!!! It was great! Also the level of customer service Brad provided during and has promised after my purchase is great! I really can't imagine dealing with another "car guy" after this! I should have listened to my friends earlier!

I was greeted quickly and they told me it would take approximately 1 hr 30 minutes to put on a new tire. I returned almost 2 hrs later and it still wasn't ready...actually they had only just called the insurance company to make sure they would pay for it (which they did because I had tire insurance). Having to wait another 1 hr, while trying to entertain two small children wasn't pleasant. If they had told me 2.5 hrs to begin with I would have been prepared for that. A little frustrating!

Two minor disappointments - Fuel tank range virtually half of my previous 520d and the electic charge does not live up to BMW claims. (It is winter so we'll see what happens with lighter days and warmer temperatures

My car was totaled by a reckless driver a week ago (I was rear ended at high speed while I was sitting in traffic), so I was having to find a new car on a short and unexpected notice. I obviously wasn???t a very happy car shopper, given the reason behind my urgent need in a new car. After test driving several cars and visiting several ???luxury??? car dealerships, I was about to go home, but decided to visit one last dealership (Schomp BMW). I had BMWs in the past from Schomp, so I knew the quality of their cars and the outstanding quality of service they are well known for. However, I was blown away when I walked in their doors today. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I told her I was there to test drive the X3 and she immediately went in search of an available client advisor for me. She reappeared with a true gem and class act named Sam Nejad. I told Sam my story about my car being totaled by a reckless driver and that I was interested in the X3. He went right to work for me and I never looked back. He was extremely knowledgeable about BMWs, especially the X3. Before we went on our test drive, we walked around the entire vehicle and Sam pointed out all of the features and he did the same once we got inside the car. Once we got on the road, he showed me all of the features in real time as we were driving. At my previous ???luxury??? dealerships, the client advisors/sales people told me more about their personal lives than about the car. At one dealership, I knew more about the car???s features than the salesperson did and at another, I ended up knowing more about the salesperson???s entire life story than I learned about the car. Sam was honest, trustworthy and 100% BS-free. Not once did I have reservations about him. He has the rare and unique talent of balancing extreme professionalism with being funny and very personable. His passion about BMWs is infectious. I especially valued his ability to be very efficient, but yet not feeling rushed at all. He went above and beyond. I have no idea where Schomp BMW found Sam, but I hope they hang on to him because he is the real deal. I have to say everyone I interacted with today at Schomp BMW was exceptional: so friendly, helpful and professional without being overbearing at all. Schomp BMW and Sam Nejad are refreshing in the world of car dealerships. They know the perfect recipe for doing it right. Thank you!

Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. Repeatedly in service for control unit problems

It is a beautiful car, comfortable, good mileage, performs well BUT the first time it was in the shop was 3 weeks after I bought it. The replacement control unit had to be shipped from Germany! Since then, several issues including another control unit/charging port issue that out the car back in the shop for a full week while they tried to figure out how to remedy the problem.

The bmw 530e is fun to drive and very powerful off the line! Great drive. I am disappointed in battery charge. Maybe 25 mpg off the batter but the twin turbo 4 cyclinder is a monster and you can go fast and save on gas.

I have been on the fence about buying a car for the last three years, and have not made the plunge mostly due to my current car being in great working order. I ran across a great deal on California Beemers website and started communicating with the sales department via text while I was at work. The dealership worked with me on the price and said if I came in that day, as it was the last day of the month, they would make it worth my while. Buying a car is a big decision, so I had my best friend and my parents meet me there after work and we all took a close look at the car and drove it around a bit. I have to say, it looks and feels almost flawless, and it's fully loaded with M Sport Suspension, navigation, back up camera, moon roof, upgraded sound system, ect..The buying process was easy and what I really like most about this dealership is the man who closed the deal. His name is Tim. I am a RN and have a great ability to see people for who they really are, Tim is a good man and to be honest, he is the reason I agreed to purchase this car. It helps the price was 5K below bluebook, but if I didn't get a great impression from Tim that evening, I promise you, I would have walked quicker than you can say lickiesplit. I would recommend this dealership to my friends & family. I actually plan on buying my next BMW from their dealership in a few years, when this model gets closer to the 50K mark. Chad M.

Lemon- faulty brakes

I have a 2019 530e since Nov. 22, 2019, and the car has been to service 4 times for roughly 2.5 weeks in total because of brake squeaking. Specifically, when slowing down from 5-0 mph, the brakes squeak loudly like a school bus. So far, i’ve Had new brakes and rotors (on an brand new car), which didn’t help. They gave me back the car this Friday after replacing the brake pads for the second time. I suspect the same issue will re-emerge after a week or two, in which case the lemon law will be triggered. I regret getting this car. Also, the battery does not get 16 miles on electric. This winter, on a full charge, I have been able to get, at most, 13 miles on a charge. All-in-all, this car is a disappointment and has caused me to waste a significant amount of time dealing with issues that should not exist on a brand new 60k car.

This is our 8th BMW and that includes a 72 3.0 CS which we bought in 1974 and still own. The 2019 530e xDrive electric and ICE components are integrated seamlessly. The mileage is outstanding as long as you plug it in regularly. Performance is typical 5 series and the car is extremely quiet. I almost think BMW made this car to test the hybrid market especially in the US. I couldn't recommend this car more highly and look forward to BEV 5 series.

My husband and I recently purchased a previously owned 328i in the Bay Area from one of the BMW dealerships. We decided to move service to Stevens Creek BMW due to in adequate service at another dealership. I was lucky enough to get helped by Ricardo who is amazing. He went above and beyond evaluating and determining the exact status of this car we recently purchased. Through his attention to detail and just overall high level of customer service, he discovered a few repair issues that were over looked prior to purchase. He worked extensively with our extended coverage we purchased to have an inspector come to location and approve the repairs to be done. We are really grateful and now feel we safe and that our carnis in great running condition. Especially since our son will be driving it a lot as well. My journey to getting the perfect car for me began when I experienced respiratory symptoms in a new Audi A4 that my husband purchased when we planned to downsize to one car. By the end of one month, though, I knew I would not be able to keep the car because of some health problems it was creating with my respiratory system. I suspected that the problem was the type of leather Audi uses in their cars, as I have had the same issues with certain types of leather handbags. I visited Kuni to see if my suspicions were correct, as I had purchased several BMWs over the years (with leather or the leather-look SensaTec) and had not experienced problems in any of them. Jakob Lund searched and found a new 2017 330i X Drive that had SensaTec seats and was "just off the truck." I was able to take the car out overnight so I could observe whether or not the respiratory symptoms would show up...and they did not. Jacob took both the Audi and my '08 One Series in as trades, and I ordered the perfect car for me....just taking possession last week. I took the car on a road trip this past weekend and I am so pleased. It's fast, quiet, comfortable, beautiful, and most importantly, does not cause me respiratory distress. The customer service at all levels at Kuni is excellent. They really do want you to be happy with your purchase, and they hire great people to make that happen at all levels. If I need another car in the future, I will be at Kuni again!

I have driven around 1400 miles on mine and it has given me 78 mpg. (not mpge, mpg). I just remember to plus it in every night and charge it at work as well. Best features - Very quiet refined ride, chooses the drive mode very well (as soon as I start on freeway ramp, it turns off electric mode, and turns on electric mode as soon as I take the exit), Always connected to my phone, Cannot tell by listening of feeling if it it on electric mode or gas mode, Base audio system is great, everything I touch feels high quality, no maintenance cost for 3 years, battery and electric warranty for 8 years. I am loving this car. The ambient lighting inside is awesome at night. Pickup is instantaneous and very quite. It gives around 20 miles in electric mode alone. I like it that i can take it to any long distance road trip without worrying about charging. For 1400 miles so far, i have only been to the gas station once for a 10 gallon fill up, it came with a full gas tank from the dealer. This car relaxes you on your road trip like no other.
