This car is fun to drive and has a lot of technology and useful gadgets that make driving the car fun. It also has a great luxurious feel.
I debated Going to many different dealerships but this one was by far hands down the best. I dealt With Omar for my trade in & for the purchase of my new vehicle which he made such a smooth and easy process. I will definitely be recommending Omar & Tampa Mitsubishi to all.

I purchased my BMW back in 2014. I love my BMW and the quality engineering behind the car. It's great on long road trips and pretty decent on the gas mileage. Repairs can be a little pricey though.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

BMW 5 series is a dream to drive. With all the technology theyve built into their cars lately its more than worth the money to drive one of these as a daily driver.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

At first it felt like any ordinary car. That's until you get behind the wheel. 8 speed Automatic with a 3.0L Turbo engine my oh my you can't go wrong on a bmw 535i xDrive
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Decent car, breaks down easily

Ive owned this car for about a year and sold it last month. It was a decent car, but it wears down easily. There was a bad noise coming from the engine the month before i sold it and it cosy 6000 to repair. I sold it for a better price though.
From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.

Fun to drive, smooth, elegant yet fast. Proud to own this car. Not too flashy but has the feel and drive of a flashy car.
This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Kayla listened and knew exactly the car I was looking for, gave me a great price on both the new car and my trade in, and even though I wasn't ready to commit that 1st day went ahead and had the car I was looking at delivered to the dealership. When I contacted her 2 days later to finalize the deal she had everything ready within hours and the car was detailed and ready by the time I got there. She had followed up on everything, reviewed the entire purchase deal and went over the car with me from top to bottom. It could not have been easier. Hans, the finance person went over all of the sales agreements and offered several extended warranty's and service plans that were available. There was no heavy handed pressure tactics, just a clear description of what was available. The combined experience of dealing with Kayla and Hans made the whole experience extremely pleasant. I drove off the lot with my new car in just over an hour. Kayla has already been in touch to see if I had any additional questions about the car or needed any more help from her. Fantastic customer service. I just wished I lived closer to the dealership so they could handle my maintenance needs as well.
No particular brand in mind at the time I visited Reeves, but the service, attention and profesionalism shown by their sales staff really made a difference in my decision.
