My salesman was great, very helpful and did majority of everything over the phone. I took it back because of issues with my driver side headlight and the sales manager JW was very rude, unprofessional, accused me to being the reason the issue needed fixing and made very smart remarks (today isn’t the day). Everyone else was friendly but i wouldn’t buy anything else from them or recommend anyone simply because of him. One bad employee makes the whole dealership look bad.
Our salesperson was so knowledgeable about vehicles that it helped make the decision to choose BMW over competitors easy for us. He was patient with us as we asked questions, and friendly with our children. We weren't sure we were going to buy a new BMW, but his willingness to work with us made the decision easy for us. We appreciated the low sales pressure environment as well!
I found a BMW that checked off the majority of the features I was looking for, but it was 4 hours south. John was sure fast to respond to any of my email questions and we talked on the phone to arrange for the sale and delivery. John was very helpful in making the process smooth and pain free.
