It was love at first sight. I have had 5 BMWs over the years, and I have enjoyed driving all of them. This one is a little special. I love the lines, the style, and the power in the handling. This car is fun to drive. It has a lot of features inside the cabin that will make all the techkies smile. The car has multiple suspensions that helps keep you in control on any kind of road condition and this feature lets you decide how you want to drive. FUN ! FUN! FUN!!!!

My journey to getting the perfect car for me began when I experienced respiratory symptoms in a new Audi A4 that my husband purchased when we planned to downsize to one car. By the end of one month, though, I knew I would not be able to keep the car because of some health problems it was creating with my respiratory system. I suspected that the problem was the type of leather Audi uses in their cars, as I have had the same issues with certain types of leather handbags. I visited Kuni to see if my suspicions were correct, as I had purchased several BMWs over the years (with leather or the leather-look SensaTec) and had not experienced problems in any of them. Jakob Lund searched and found a new 2017 330i X Drive that had SensaTec seats and was "just off the truck." I was able to take the car out overnight so I could observe whether or not the respiratory symptoms would show up...and they did not. Jacob took both the Audi and my '08 One Series in as trades, and I ordered the perfect car for me....just taking possession last week. I took the car on a road trip this past weekend and I am so pleased. It's fast, quiet, comfortable, beautiful, and most importantly, does not cause me respiratory distress. The customer service at all levels at Kuni is excellent. They really do want you to be happy with your purchase, and they hire great people to make that happen at all levels. If I need another car in the future, I will be at Kuni again!

Because they receive new vehicles on a regular basis, we checked daily until we spotted the car that fit both of our preferences. We made an appointment for a test drive IMMEDIATELY. This dealership does high volume sales, and we did not want to miss out on this car. Dominic was our sales specialist. He was ready for us as soon as we showed up (with our proof of insurance) so we could test drive our 2017 Volvo V60 Wagon Cross Country!! When we came back Amy in finance assisted us. She???s assisted us with all 3 cars we purchased at Off Lease Only. She really puts her heart into getting the best rate for her clients and showed us all of our extended warranty options. Everything was easy, transparent, and explained clearly. Our Volvo still has 20,000 miles on it before the factory warranty runs out, but that???s only about 1 1/2 years tops. We keep our vehicles a very long time, so we chose the bumper-to-bumper, 8 year plan with a $100. Copay. It only added about $40. a month to the payments. We already knew that if we waited unti the factory warranty ran out, we???d have tough time getting an extended warranty like that one, at a great price. Our experience with Dennis (trade in specialist) was equally outstanding. We were treated very fairly with that part of the process as well. The entire team was awesome and made our experience so much fun!! Thank you Dominic, Amy, Dennis and Paul for another great car buying experience! I will tell all my friends to ask for your team. Ohhh.. I almost forgot to mention... We saved close to $7,000 on our purchase and our beautiful Volvo is in pristine condition! Even our mechanic was happy with our choice. 🤗

Very friendly and the whole time he let us know exactly what was going on. He was happy to answer all my questions. Ira was wonderful with the paperwork. He was happy that I actually read EVERY document. ( I read fast😊) More people should really read what they are signing. If you don't understand something then ask. We got there at 9:30 am (had appointment with Haz) We drove out with New/used car by 1:30 pm. A lot of my customers recommended Off Lease Only. And I'm happy they did. It will be a week with my car this Saturday. So far so good. We got a 2016 Hyundai Accent for $8700. That price included all the taxes etc. ______________ I looked online at CarMax. The cars had soooooo many miles. Do your homework before you buy. Look online. The reviews on dealers are very helpful. Look at reviews of car you are buying.

I recently purchased a used Lexus GX460 from Mark Hughes at Jackie Cooper. I had looked around quite a bit online. I had pretty much narrowed it down to a few different colors / option packages. This left about 10-15 cars within 1,000 miles of me to choose from. I contacted a handful of the dealers who had the cars that fit my criteria. Mark Hughes was, without a doubt, the most thorough and responsive of any of the salesmen I spoke with. I probably should have bought it from the get-go, however, there was a similar vehicle much closer to me. I actually drove 250 miles to go pickup the other vehicle, and when I got there, it had some very obvious (and very bad) prior repairs that had not been disclosed. So, I was even more hesitant to travel from Murfreesboro, TN to Tulsa, OK to buy the GX Jackie Cooper had. However, I talked it over with Mark, he assured me that the vehicle was as described, and we came to an agreement. He went WAYYY above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was as he was describing it, and I was not let down once I arrived. Mark picked me up at my hotel the morning after I arrived. We took the car for a test drive. Got back to the dealer and looked it over. Signed some papers. And then I got on the road. No force feeding me an extended warranty. They did exactly what we agreed on. The car had been checked out and cleaned up as well as could possibly be done. It looked FLAWLESS, which is incredible for a 6 year old/100,000 mile vehicle. They included records where it had recently been to a Lexus dealer for a recall that could only be performed by a Lexus dealer (which Jackie Cooper is not), as well as a service, new air filter, and a few other odds and ends. The vehicle was IMMACULATE. It had a fresh oil change, and a full tank of gas. No noises, squeaks, or engine lights. No unmentioned damage. It was just perfect. I've purchased new cars for more than double the price of my new GX and didn't get the kind of service I got buying a used from from Mark and Jackie Cooper. This is how it should be. I would recommend Jackie Cooper to anyone, and I have all the confidence in the world knowing that they are doing things the way it's supposed to be done. If you are on the fence about buying, don't be. They will take care of you. Thanks again guys! David Criswell, Murfreesboro, TN

When I first found the car I wanted online (BMW M5) I did what everyone would do, check the reviews on the dealership. What I found made me question the reliability of the reviews since the reviews were practically all 5 stars. Checked a few different sites, same answer 5 stars and were talking hundreds of reviews. The old saying came to mind, if it's too good to be true it probably is. Well this was not the case with Select Luxury. They are truly worth 5 stars and if the rating was 10 stars I would give them that. The Purchase: So I started by calling my credit union to get pre-approval since I like to going into a deal well prepared and it also lets the sales guy know I'm here to buy. After getting approved I called the dealer to verify how the transactions would happened since not all dealerships are the same and I'm also OCD. I ended up talking with Jerry (finance guy), real nice, professional, and answered all my questions. He then mentioned he could probably beat any deal I got from the bank, challenge on! So I told him I would drive up tomorrow (2+hrs away) and I would talk to a sales person then. Friday came and I arrived at the dealership. At first I was a bit intimidated, as I drive in the parking lot I see the first few cars, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini and just about any other exotic car you could image and here I am rolling up in a beat up old 2004 BMW 5 series. No sooner I got out of the car here comes the sales guy, now I got the usual dreaded shark attack feeling, ok here we go. Thinking back, I'm not even sure what he said first but I immediately fell at ease, this was not the usual sales person I thought and his name was Allen. I told him what I was looking for and it was not in the lot so off we went to his desk to check the inventory. After clicking a few minutes on his computer we found it. It was as the service center. Didn't even hesitate, grabbed some keys and off to the service center we went which happened to be just a block or two down the street. Walked in and there it was, there were doing some cleaning on the interior. Again, grabbed the keys and test driving we go. I know its long winded but here comes the best part of this story. So during the test drive the navigation was not working, required some activation code which Allen tried a few from memory, then picked up the manual and did some research, no luck. Mind you I'm still driving down the road, without hesitation again he pick up his phone and called the BMW right on the spot. They said you have to go to a dealer, now most of you are probably thinking ah hah and you would be wrong. He reassured me about 5 times, don't worry will take care of it. So now I'm sitting in the show room filling out paperwork which was probably the easiest I have every seen and off to the financing guy we went. There was Jerry, he immediately remembered me from the night before which was nice, most people don't when you deal with a lot of volume. Wouldn't you know, he got a better deal, after signing my life away ( ha ha), Allen says they are going to clean up the car one more time, lets go to lunch my treat. We got back, the cars was looking great and off I went home. The very next day I went to the dealer which I got the run around of course so I called Allen and he jumped all the situation once again reassuring me don't worry. Sure enough they took care of everything. To wrap it up, at no time did I ever feel like I was sitting in a typical dealership and I'm not sure if I could pinpoint one thing that made the experience great. I had the best experience from start to finish. When I buy another luxury car or even upgrade to the exotic range ( I wish someday) I know where I'm going and that would be Select Luxury. Just Phenomenal! Thank You Allen and the rest of Select Luxury team!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This automobile which was purchased used as a certified BMW, was exceptionally nice. I never had any problems with it whatsoever. It drove just as beautiful as it looked. I really did like this automobile.
