Sirius XM gave me a call telling me that I had a free subscription which was going to end. I had no idea that I had a free subscription available... Arthur spoke to me and cleared things up about all the features. He and I met as well to get a better understanding of the car that I got. I have had 7 BMWs and I am finally confident in saying that I know how to use my beautiful car.

Wish there were more care parts for me to choose from so I could customize my ride and get personalized service. for future reference I would love some bucket seats to be there

Whether in service or sales, I am treated with respect and honesty, which I value most, especially these days. I highly recommend this dealer.

great service. got a loaner without an appointment in one day. i thought their pricing is okay and not too bad and got a free car wash too. All bmw service depts are pretty expensive to start with. I also test drove 5 different cars and love the new building but parking is tough to find around brand blvd. area.
Steve Garner, at Patterson Auto, not only made the purchase of a XT5 easy and enjoyable, he also spent the time to thoroughly explain the navigation system setting up Bluetooth, On Star, etc. Steve renews my faith in customer service which is a dying art! And....it is an art. With the exception of an overly detailed explanation of the need for an extra warranty on car made when we only wanted to finalize the purchase with payment, the entire experience was quick, efficient, pleasant ...AND....I love the XT5. PM
So far all I have done is sign the paperwork for the vehicle. They gave me the price I wanted on a 2018 BMW 640i GT and have worked with me to get the vehicle delivered on our anniversary (I am in a different state). Their explanations are concise as long as you are clear on what you are asking or what you want. I would recommend Isringhausen

I had a great experience with Erhard BMW. They were quick to contact me after my first inquiry. They provided me with all the information I needed to make a purchasing decision. They were able to accommodate an out-of-state purchase with ease. When I flew into Detroit they had a professional young man pick me up from the airport and drive me to the brand new and immaculate dealership. My experience with all of the sales staff and financing staff were courteous, professional and personal. Everything was setup and ready so that I could get on the road as quickly as possible for my trip back home. The vehicle was exactly as I expected it to be from the description and photos provided. As he always has, service advisor Chuck Griffith again went above and beyond for me providing exceptional customer service rarely found anymore these days. He understands that a premium ownership experience drives customer loyalty. I called him to make an appointment for a passenger power seat malfunction on my 2015 X3. He called to my attention that my warranty was going to expire in just 3 days. I thanked him, but told him there was no rush to get an appointment because had purchased an extended warranty from Germain BMW earlier in the year. He quickly reviewed the documentation for on file for my vehicle and reminded me that the extended warranty has a $250 deductible. With a genuine customer focused sense of urgency, he was able to schedule the service appointment for the we following day and provide me with his personal loaner vehicle which we needed because were rushing around with Dr. appointments, etc. prior to flying back to Milwaukee for the holidays, and have only one vehicle her in Florida. I am extremely grateful to Chuck for everything he did to save me $250 with such a small window of opportunity and making it so convenient for me. Like he has in the past, he made me feel like I am his only customer. And as a valued Germain BMW owner, he returns that loyalty with unparalleled service, support and convenience. Accordingly, my rating is a ???slam dunk??? 5 stars, and even higher if your rating scale allowed.

First rate experience throughout. The CPO vehicle was in very good shape with low miles and Nicole Stem , the sales person was first rate???well informed, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, as was her manager involved in my transaction.
Came in to Rallye for the car???s first oil/filter change and tire rotation. Told my service rep Chy that I needed to be out quickly, and he made sure I was on the road before the time I requested. Fantastic!
