Recently bought a used car and it surprisingly was a great experience. The salesperson was friendly and honest. However, my car did not have a place for my front license plate. The service department did an excellent job. It was a quick and easy fix. Would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership.
I had a great experience with Erhard BMW. They were quick to contact me after my first inquiry. They provided me with all the information I needed to make a purchasing decision. They were able to accommodate an out-of-state purchase with ease. When I flew into Detroit they had a professional young man pick me up from the airport and drive me to the brand new and immaculate dealership. My experience with all of the sales staff and financing staff were courteous, professional and personal. Everything was setup and ready so that I could get on the road as quickly as possible for my trip back home. The vehicle was exactly as I expected it to be from the description and photos provided. It was one of if not the best purchasing experience(s).
I am a UT student, and was looking for something affordable and cheap on gas, like Hyundai Elantra or Kia Forte. I have never had any car payments in my life. I googled First Time Buying program and Cars 4 U was there. So I filled out online credit app on their website, and in 1 hour got a call from them with the good news. I went to the dealership and in one hour I drove home in my new car. Such an awesome experience! I never thought it could be that easy! On top the that - great customer service! I recently purchased a 2013 BMW M6 from Marshall Goldman Motor Sales and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I called on the day after Thanksgiving to see if they were open and if the car was available. The lady who answered was very kind and let me know they were open and the car was still available.
I drove out to take a look at the vehicle and was greeted at the door by a smiling face welcoming me. She told me to take a look around and she would let Joe know that I was there. I was blown away by the absolutely gorgeous and rare exotic cars everywhere! Joe immediately came out to greet me and took me to see the BMW M6. The car was exactly as described and in basically new condition. Joe answered all of my questions and highlighted some features about the car that I was not aware of. I was ready to purchase right away!
Joe walked me through all of my options for financing the vehicle and went out of his way to work with me on the numbers. I truly felt like he was trying to get me the best deal possible that would work for my budget. I wanted to think it over and speak with my wife before making the purchase so I told him I would get back to him the following day.
The next day I took my wife to look at the car and she was also impressed and told me to go ahead and buy it. Joe ended up working out an even better deal than we discussed the previous day and was able to get the payment where I needed it. I really wanted to drive away in the car and was worried because it was near closing time. Joe and his team said they would stay late to get all the paperwork done and make sure I left in my dream car!! I must say that one of the ladies in the front office, Jean, was a great help and was a pleasure to work with!

James Callender met us and guided us through the process of selecting a Forester. Then, he kept us posted as the car we specially ordered was prepared and shipped to Ganley. When the day of delivery came, James and Jim in finance efficiently processed our purchase, and I was off...very excited to have my comfy Subaru! I love the feel and the visibility it allows while driving. A big hit, al in all.
George helped me with setting up the process of purchasing a used car and was on point with his service. Didnt have to make an appointment and he helped me right away. I appreciated his and his co workers help with everything.
My wife and I was shopping for a family vehicle. We found Jon and a 2005 Lincoln Navigator he had on his lot. Jon was very fair and helpful. He opened his business on a Sunday, a day he's closed and stayed a few hours late on a Tuesday to accommodate us. He was very patient and willingly to work with us with what ever needs we had. This will be a place I will look at first if/when I go to purchase another vehicle.
Finish Line Auto is a dealership that will have you driving away in a car you can feel good about. Now, if you don't have the credit, they'll work with you to get financing to the best of their ability. This might mean you pay a little more to the banks (They always gotta grease their palms), but you're still getting a deal from the dealership. If anyone will get you taken care of, it's these guys. First of all, as an individual who has some handicaps, I very much appreciated that their facility was more handicap friendly than any other dealership I have ever been to. Secondly, the truck that I bought for my son is awesome! He is loving his new Silverado!
I bought my 2010 BMW from Exclusive Auto Group Inc. In early September. I had An incredible experience from the door in and from the door out. Working in the sales/customer service industry for over 15 years i have high expectations when I walk into establishments, especially where I'm being sold to (dealerships, furniture stores, galleries,banks, etc.) The thing that made me stop at exclusive on my commute home from Newark Penn was their line of attractive vehicles. I wasn't exactly looking to buy just yet, but I knew I wanted to purchase a new car in the coming months. I walked the lot briefly and was greeted by one of the sales reps who was extremely friendly and helpful. Of course she asked all the normal sales questions what i was looking for, how much i wanted to spend, etc.... I had answers for none of the questions. I just told her a specific payment amt i was looking for and i was browsing the lot and looking for something that might catch my eye at that . She wasn't to aggressive she told me to check out that lot and when i needed help just let her know. Shortly After I placed my eye on the 550GT and fell in love. She gave me the pricing details and i knew that it was definitely going to be above my budget and what i would probably even consider not to mention my credit was not good at all at that time. I then met with Carlos the Manager. Told him my situation and how much i could afford to pay monthly he looked at me with a straight face and said do you work? lol the rest was history he got me a lower payment then what i asked. FANTASTIC CAR!!!! drives great no issues after buying it ( I waited 2.5 months to write my review). I was able to get my plates before the dealer plates expired. Carlos was very great to work with. He made sure the process went flawlessly and no pressure on they buyer at all. He gave wonderful advice he was transparent and honest. I've bought a number of cars used/new and i would say this was my best experience. O by the way I purchased the car within 2 weeks after seeing the vehicle but of course that was after i left my small deposit to hold the vehicle. Lol as carlos says "business doesn't run off hopes and dreams". after leaving my deposit i visited about 6 other dealerships in the newark/irvington area as well as somerset county and i will say they all wasted my time telling me about my credit and offering me payments $150 more then what i told them i could afford when i first walk through the door. They were pushy. they did not actively listen, and didn't offer me the payment i was looking for until i left there lot. Carlos will tell you yes or no. no time for games. I'm a satisfied customer and will recommend anyone to this dealership. Carlos if you read this keep up the great work, keep the integrity and remain transparent.
I purchased my Chevy Z-71 pickup here 9 months ago and it’s my favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned!!! This truck was in great condition and they gave me a tremendous deal on it! Very fair and honest! I just bought my girlfriend here to buy a car and had another great experience!!!!

I did not end up purchasing the vehicle because someone got there with a cash offer before I could get in to buy it. But the staff was extremely friendly and let me know what was going on with the vehicle so I didn't waste a trip. We ended up leasing from a different dealer because we needed a car immediately and had specific requirements for what we wanted, but if/when we car shop again we will definitely look here.

I called CarPros late on a Saturday evening after leaving a very disappointing appointment at a local dealership. Although it was after hours and they were closed the owner of CarPros told me he would stay so I could see the VW I had seen advertised online. This was exceptional customer service and instantly made me feel valued.
The first thank that I noticed was that the quality of the cars here were exceptional! Clean and all of them well serviced. Pictures did not even do the VW CC justice and I found the car the cleanest and by far the best quality of all the VW's I had seen at other places. It is obvious the owner is very selective about the cars he buys and sells.
The owner and his wife and son entertained several followup calls from me asking questions and even made an appointment for my mechanic friend to see the car on a day they were closed.
When I had expressed concern over the brakes during a test drive the owner assured me he would have them checked out and serviced again and he did what he said he would and even texted me a photo of the car up on the lift getting checked out.
The entire process made me feel so assured and confident that I was working with honest and caring people.
I am now a proud and very happy owner of a 2014 VW CC! Thank you CarPros!!!

We went to many places befor we found these people. I wish we would have not wasted time at those other shady places! The cars they have there are in a completely different league. They all looked new and drove perfect! The prices are fair and they are not pushy at all. My daughter loves her car. Our small budget went far with them.
