Where to start from. The beginning to the end it was overall the best car experience. I called Maaliki motors on the phone and ed listen to what I am looking for and made me feel comfortable over the phone very friendly and honest. When I came in we test drove the car and it was very nice . When it came down to pricing and the real deal Frank was very kind and know what he is doing. Showed me all the numbers and got me what I asked for and match what I have from my credit union. If I can leave 10 star I would. Honest ppl to deal with.
Allison was super helpful, enthusiastic, and it doesn't hurt that she's an avid MINI lover/owner as well! Rob in the finance department was also quite informative, and answered all of my questions in full detail. Overall, this was an awesome car-buying experience! I didn't feel pressured into buying, and I drove away VERY happily in the exact MINI I wanted!
Top notch, hi end dealership. My salesman Kenneth answered all questions and really made me and my wife feel at home. He took the time to answer all questions and let us test drive as many cars as we wanted with no hesitations. I really believed he wanted is to leave very satisfied. This is the reason I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.

While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel and called the closest BMW dealer just before closing time. I wanted to have the car towed over to the service dept. I was told the service dept was really backed up and to call back when they opened tomorrow morning. When I called back at 7AM, I got Patti Kupfer. She said send it on over and she'd get it looked at and see what they could do. She called back later that day and told me the problem and said the parts were in stock and she thought they could get it finished by the time my meeting was over. True to her word the car was ready as promised! Great service!
Best service and experience by far. I was very happy.

Could not have asked for a better and friendly sales representative like Clara. She was amazing and Sam was great. They both worked to get to make sure my experience was an amazing one. I was pleased with their service and diligence. Thank you Clara and Sam. I will see you guys again.
I can’t say enough about this dealership so I’ll make it simple. West Herr is TOP NOTCH! Great staff, facilities, customer service, selection and prices. I worked with Chris Nash in sales, who was very knowledgeable and personable. They got me a great deal on a 2018 Pathfinder. I will definitely be referring people to West Herr and will be back again for my next vehicle.
First rate experience throughout. The CPO vehicle was in very good shape with low miles and Nicole Stem , the sales person was first rate???well informed, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, as was her manager involved in my transaction.

Throughout the process of the deal, she had a great attitude, an easy and reassuring style, exerted tremendous effort and dedicated as much time as was needed to make sure my requirements are taken care of. She undoubtedly understands what it takes to service her clients and that is rather rare in this day and age. I am very impressed with Boch Maserati and it takes a lot to impress me.
