From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met with friendly service, which made me feel at ease. I spoke to Cody, Roger and Scott during my process and never felt pressured. They were focused on me as a potential customer and answered all my questions. I have been looking at used Mercedes Benz for months but never felt welcomed by salesman at other dealerships. I would buy from these guys again. They are awesome and you won’t be disappointed.

Loreal J., is the best person I met in a dealer she gave absolutely nothing but awesome service I tested drove so many cars I like and she was all for it she sat and enjoyed the ride while explaining to me about each car I drove nothing but good service with her!!!!! She made my day!!! Some sales people like to rush just to get your money but with her she was very calm and looked into every car I drove and didn't even feel tired doing it..... she was with me every way!!!! My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
I have just retired and I needed a new car. I started my homework by going on line to buy a pre-owned 2015 Hyundai Sonata. After dealing, and I do mean dealing with, three dealers, Brentwood Auto Brokers had exactly what I was looking for. The icing on the cake was Keith. He made my experience very pleasurable. I applied for financing through other dealers and the terms were not realistic for me. A Carvana truck was in neighborhood, that is how I learned about them. Impressed at their prices and inventory, I applied on Friday 13th, had my 2013 Cadillac ATS on Monday 16th. The best part is the financing terms are affordable. Thank you, Carvana! If you are looking to purchase a car, give Carvana serious consideration. The buying process was simple and very transparent. You will not regret it. They have a 7 day test drive policy, deliver car with full tank of gas plus a $25 gift card. Love my car and Carvana!

Just purchased another vehicle from Auto Connection in Montgomery, AL!!! Every purchase I have made from Lee and Brad have been too easy. There is zero pressure and they price their cars to move them. It makes negotiating simple because the vehicles are already heavily discounted. The entire process was simple and fast; less than two hours and that included test drive, financing, and completing the documentation. As always, the facility was immaculate and their hospitality was beyond reproach. Most friendliest staff I have dealt with when it comes to vehicle purchases! Lee has a ton of connections throughout the South East to the Mid West and can also assist with finding your next vehicle. I will continue to bring my business to them....HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
We came in for routine maintenance and it turned out we needed a level 4 servicing (about a 10 hour job) but our appointment was at 3 pm so there was no way they were going to be able to finish before 7. They told me they would get as much finished as possible and then we could schedule an appointment for the rest at a later date. When doing the servicing they found that a couple of our tires were extremely bald. I had already known that and was planning to replace them but I appreciated them pointing it out. They also diagnosed a squeaking problem and filed a claim with warrantee (since it was a CPO car) for me! When I showed up to pick up my car the service representative was drenched in sweat. He told me that the detailing crew had left early so he personally washed and detailed my car himself! Everyone there is super friendly and unbelievably helpful!
Great people to work with. Initially spoke with Ayman then with Kirk the GM on the phone. Kirk was very responsive to the questions I asked.as I was hesitant to buy an Alpha Romeo. Extremely professional. He made me feel very comfortable. No stories or evasive answers to all my questions regarding Alpha Romeo. Then I worked with Ayman initially on the purchase. He is fantastic, professional and has an amazing amount of patience. This was all on the phone, asked him a ton of questions and got the answers I needed. He never once pushed me into buying a car. After 3 days of talking I bought a Stelvio TI Sport over the phone. I wanted to take delivery immediately but some issues on financing as I put the car in my wife's name. She was out of town and I wanted to drive the car to her. However between Ayman and Ben in financing they made it happen even though the wife was not there. Wow now that's incredible. Bought many cars over the last 30 years and never had a dealership that is so responsive and accomodating in a customers needs, or totally willing to make sure if possible to do everything possible to make you feel that you are the most important person and not just another "customer" Ayman thank you so much for making this suck a positive experience. Kirk you have an incredible team. Other dealerships need to lean how to treat and respect prospective customers. I had a small issue with the car on the Saturday and was 150 miles away. Sent Ayman a txt within 30 minutes he called me back and minor problem solved. So have you ever had a sales person after they have sold you a car respond so quickly. Went back on the Monday so wife could sign the paperwork. Again the team were great. including Adam and the service guy Jorge who both helped explain to the wife all her questions. It was late and they were technically closed but we never felt rushed or like they had to leave. Ayman you were fantastic thank you for making this such a pleasant experience. I did try to work with 2 other dealerships in Dallas and McKinney my advice DONT they have no clue how to treat a customer. If you are looking or considering buying an Alpha or Maserati go to Essence you will not be disappointed. . Initially i spoke with him on the phone asked dozens of questions as i was hesitant to buy an Alpha
Thanks to Cody Miller for making our used car sale an extraordinary experience for my 17 year old son and me!! We simply stopped in to look at a used Chevy Malibu for sale. While we waited, we looked around the showroom of amazingly exquisite Alfa Romeo's and Maserati's! Of course my son was awestruck...until Cody blew him away by letting him sit in the cars and actually started the cars up for him to hear. The Chevy we came in to buy was in excellent shape and we bought it immediately. As we waited for the car to be inspected and detailed (which is usually the boring and drawn out part of buying a car) Cody offered to take my 17 year old son for a ride.. in an Alfa Romeo C4!! Well, that made his day.. no, his week.. who am I kidding, his decade!! He is STILL talking about how cool Cody is and he absolutely LOVES his new 2014 Chevy Malibu.. especially since it has an Alfa Romeo/Maserati license plate holder. lol It really is the little things that make the biggest difference! Thanks Cody and Essence Maserati Alfa Romeo for an exceptional experience!!
I wasn't planning to drive off in a new car, at least not until the 2019s came out. I just wanted to test drive and think on it for a while while I did more research and searched for a buyer for my old car. My salesperson (I forgot his name) and the General Manager Kirk made me feel so comfortable and they price vehicles so low to begin with (lower than anyone else) so I didn't need to negotiate one bit (I hate negotiation). They didn't pressure me one bit and had the patience of saints while I hemmed and hawed for probably 30 minutes. Buying my Giulia was the best car buying experience I've had. From sales to service, everyone at the dealership has been absolutely delightful so I'll be getting my car serviced there instead of the AR dealers closer to me in Dallas and McKinney.
I contacted Essence about a week ago to look at an Alfa Romeo. I was coming from about 450 miles away for a 2 day conference & I wished to drive a Guilia. I was called by Ayman promptly that evening, and we made an appointment. There is no Alfa dealership within 300 miles of me, so this 2 day stay was my only chance to drive the car. I had limited time, so Essence was very helpful in arranging a test drive of the exact vehicle I found on there website. Ayman & the vehicle were waiting for me when I arrived at 9:15 AM. Ayman tailored the test drive to my specific needs. The price was very fair, and there was not much haggling. I did purchase the vehicle. I have purchased numerous Audi's, 2 BMW's, and 1 Porsche, and I cannot think of any improvements I would make to this dealership. I would gladly use Essence & Ayman again. It was worth the drive from Baton Rouge.
Mario was the consummate "Auto -Jedi " in making my acquisition of my new " Lil Red Riding Hood" ( see: Red Fiat 124 ) a most pleasurable experience. Got top dollar on my Trade In & etc etc..... My salesman, Frank, was an amazing sales person and seemed very genuine when wanting to help me purchase my very first car. He had wide ideas, put my concerns and put my requests before anything and was considerate with my time at the dealership. The paperwork took awhile, but there's really nothing they can do about it. The dealership also doesn't shove things down your throat, such as buying special insurance or whatever. If you find a car you're interested in, I would definitely recommend stopping by!
