BMW service review

My service rep, David Sousa, is excellent! He was out sick, though when I first called to set up the appt. and it took me 24 hours to make the appt. and then get confirmation on the price. That is why I gave 4/5 on customer service.
Everything else was fine; car was done on time, all service and diagnostics clearly explained.
Apparently, contingency plans need to be reviewed for procedure when a rep is out of the office.
I am use to more efficient service at any BMW.
