WOW???. What a GREAT experience!!

I have purchased many cars in my 57 years; however, more recently, each time I bought a car, it seemed to get more confusing, more time consuming, more wasted time chasing "internet deals" that turned out not to be deals at all, salespeople refusing to give me an "idea" or "ball-park" price without actually meeting face-to-face or simply not listening to what I was trying to say..??? This all changed when I spoke with Kevin at Atlanta Luxury Motors (ALM). Kevin listened so well that a couple of times I thought my cell phone had dropped the call???. but after Kevin summarized what I was asking for and offered a few tips on the warranty questions that I had, I knew immediately that not only was he listening???. he seemed to really care. We talked about my budget and he provided with several car options that were, quite frankly, almost too good to be true! Still "leery" from recent auto purchases???. I was imagining the quintessential "GOTCHA" as I drove to ALM to look at the car options that were presented to me on the phone. I was with my Wife and Daughter as the car purchase was to be for my Daughter to drive back and forth from school???.. I literally playing out all of the horrible possibilities of "bait & switch", "high-pressure", tag-team Manager "take-over" sales gimmicks and the most dreaded???.. finding out the deal you made with the Salesman & Sales Manager isn't the same deal the Finance Manager presents to you, thus starting the negotiations all over again???.. followed by endless "up-sell" and "add-on" pitches. It was a very cold day when we arrived at ALM???. Kevin had the car washed and warming-up when we arrived. After offering us hot beverages, Kevin gave us an overview of the features of the car and went for a test ride with my Daughter driving??? during the test ride, Kevin pointed out the safety features and accessories of the car while asking for her "candid" input as to how the car was handling, breaking and performing. After returning to ALM and my Daughter's approval of the car, Kevin had her current car appraised??? her car had a "DSC Traction Control" warning light on and the car had some nicks & dings; therefore, being that the car we were looking at was well below market value???. I was waiting/expecting a "low-ball" or unreasonable trade-in offer. I couldn't have been more wrong as Kevin returned with a trade-in offer that couldn't have been more reasonable and well above what I was expecting. After applying the trade-in to the price we agreed upon earlier, we headed into the Finance Office where we met Eric???. My Family's experience thus far had been so absolutely enjoyable??? the pessimist in me was still waiting "for the shoe to drop"???. Once again, I could't have been more wrong as Eric presented a couple of finance options???. some of which were lower than the offers discussed when putting the pricing together with Kevin. Eric effortlessly prepared the documents (with a short delay to change a printer cartridge) then explained each of the documents in easy to understand terms while patiently answering all of our questions???. Eric turned out to be very professional, competent, warm, friendly and quite entertaining???. as I cannot remember ever "laughing", as we did , in a Auto Dealer's Finance Office. This review is one of very few that I have ever written and although it has turned out to be much longer than I anticipated writing??? I feel as if I owed it to Kevin, Eric & ALM for making my Family's car buying experience such a pleasurable one! Not only did I get an AWESOME price on an AWESOME automobile???. I really feel like I met some AWESOME new friends that make me smile! I would highly recommend ALM to my Friends and I cannot imagine buying a car again from anyone else???..
