Brandon did an outstanding job as my salesperson. I couldn't be more satisfied. Since I orderd a custom built 430i, which took 9 weeks from order to delivery, I really appreciated that Brandon stayed in regular touch with me - providing ongoing progress updates. The initial process of "making the deal" was the best ever. he offered me a very fair leasing price, the first time out, without all the haggling and hassle that usually leaves me with my stomach in knots and the feeling I've been duped. Instead I felt valued and like the dealership cared enough about keeping me as a returning customer that they didn't have to try and squeeze every last dime out of me. On the day I took delivery, the lease signing process, with Bob Whay, was quick and painless, and although he provided some options for additional warranty add-ons, it was free of the usual hard-sell approach. I also appreciated meeting the owner, Craig Suntrup. I always feel like the owner's presence provides some comfort to the customer that he cares enough to keep an eye on things, and that he cares enough about his customers to actually want to meet them, not just hide behind some executive's office door. On my previous BMW lease, I used BMW of West St. Louis for all my scheduled service and they were awesome. They even offered the option of picking up my car at my office and providing a loaner. All that extra attention to detail and customer care, made it a no-brainer to use them as my service center, and I plan to do the same with this new lease. I look forward to working with Brandon again, when it's time for my next car, and would recommend him to any of my friends.
I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Salesman Consultant and SME (Subject Matter Expert) Sam Waheed at Kingtowne Motors Cars. I won't hesitate to bring future clients to King City Motors. On 8/25/2018, I purchase 2015 GS350 with F sport package. After, I test drive and did my own video recording of the condition exterior and interior of the vehicle. My overall rating the vehicle was in very clean and excellent condition. However, I did bought to Sam attention the left muffler was not fully seated against the muffler housing and the tire pressure warning light remain on after I apply air pressure PSI to all 5 tires. Since, wireless sensor for tire pressure is mounted on all 5 tires. Sam recommend to return the vehicle on 8/28/2015 and he proceeded submit a work order to get the repairs for my vehicle resolved ASAP. On 8/29/2018 when I call Sam to checked the status of my vehicle. Sam had call me right back before closed of business and let me know the car was ready for pickup.Sam also had my vehicle professional clean and detail when I pickup of my vehicle on 8/30/2018. Sam ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations with world class services. I am really pleased to be part of Kingtowne MotorCars family and appreciate Sam and staffs make my first visit and enjoyable experience. My husband and I arrived at Circle BMW and immediately experienced a uniquely pleasant car purchase experience. Robert Cavalieri was our salesman and we were taken back by his easy-going and attentive approach. He allowed us to take the lead and listened carefully to what we needed rather than pushing us into a car that was more or less than what we were looking for. There was no hint of pushy sales tactics nor any pressure whatsoever to purchase any particular car at all. He just helped us pick the 2019 X3 that was perfect for us and for our family. He gave us a fair and direct price package including a competitive and fair market appraisal value, on our trade vehicle which was a bmw X1. This all occurred quickly and we did not have to wait endlessly and go back and forth numerous times. On balance, I must say that the experience was outstanding and I would most certainly recommend Circle BMW to any car buyer looking to purchase/purchase/trade a BMW. I do not normally post reviews but I had to for this dealership. I have been searching for my dream car for over a year and have dealt with private sellers, low and high volume dealerships and some of the worst customer service you could possibly imagine. My search included over twelve states and twenty dealerships. I have to be honest, when I reached out to Ziegler my optimism was at an all-time low and I was ready to call it quits. I first made contact with Kyle Nagy from the sales department. Kyle was very prompt in responding and following up to my inquiries. Knowing exactly what I wanted, I made numerous requests and inquiries that most salespeople would have thought of as burdensome. Kyle always delivered and maintained his professionalism even in the most heated of discussions. When I returned to close the deal I noted that even Ziegler’s shuttle driver was a class act who shared a wealth of stories, pictures, and knowledge about cars. The *only* complaint I would have is that I was not informed that BMW ConnectedDrive would be discontinued on my car only a couple of months after my purchase. This rendered most of the safety features useless and absolutely would have been nice to know beforehand. Aside from that, I would recommend this dealership based on their promptness, professionalism, and inspiring inventory.
MB of Tucson is the BEST! I am beyond pleased and satisfied with the Exceptional service I received from Thomas Cavanagh and Brian DeCook! These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience purchasing the 2017 C300 Coupe! I am from the Phoenix area and I could not find a dealership that had the car I wanted. I looked online and voila! There it was - at MB of Tucson. My Beautiful, Sophisticated, Sleek White Coupe! I emailed an inquiry and received a response right away from Thomas Cavanagh! Thomas and Brian answered all my questions (and I had plenty) honestly, thoroughly and with genuine professionalism and kindness! Brian and Thomas emailed and texted me photos of the car to ensure it was the exact car I wanted. There was not "bait and switch" with numbers like other dealerships. Thomas and Brian was transparent with all communications! This wonderful communication started on April 26th and I picked up my Beautiful car on April 27th! I made the drive to Tucson from Phoenix and it was well worth it! Thomas and Brian were so Awesome to have all the paperwork completed so I would not have to wait when I arrived. When I arrived, I was greeted with such kindness as if I were a Friend! I met with Greg Ash, the Awesome Finance/Lease Manager to review and sign lease documents and Ms. Lisa Gray, the Wonderful Product Concierge was super Nice and helpful and took her time to show me the upgraded functions on the 2017 C300 Coupe model! Needless to say, I AM SUPER HAPPY with my entire process from start to finish and I will DEFINITELY return to MB of Tucson to lease my next car in a few years! This is a follow up to my review of December 9, 2017. Our 430i Gran Coupe arrived as scheduled a few months after we placed the order and Marek handled the last details of the transaction with his characteristic courtesy and aplomb. Genius Jon then sat with us in the vehicle and explained all of the buttons, switches, etc., as well as the iDrive system and the other on-board electronic wonders available to us. Jon encouraged us to ask questions as he went along and assured us that there was no such thing as a dumb question. Although we did our best to prove him wrong on the last point, Jon answered everything asked of him in a way that was easily understood. He was patient, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. Because of our positive experience with both Marek and Jon (and Knauz in general) and because we like the 430i so well, we visited Marek about a week after picking up the 430i to place an order for an X3 SAV. Once again, the vehicle we wanted was not on the lot and would have to be ordered and once again, Marek was more than helpful, often going over and above anything that could have been reasonably--or even unreasonably--expected. We are confident that our experience when we take delivery of the X3 will be no less satisfying than our experience with the Gran Coupe.
As I was looking for my dream car I fell upon Michaels Auto's in Orlando and was so happy to say that I actually drove down 3 hours to look at my Luxury Audi Car and I am proud to say I bought it. They actually had it priced lower that I intended to pay so I was happy about that too. I have never seen a car so clean I would have thought it was new. I am so happy and would tell all of you guys to go and look at the cars for yourself!
Ryan leach is the sales who helped me smoothly transition from previously leased 3 series to x1 recently. He helped shorten the buying process and all beyond my expectation.

Everyone was very courteous and made sure that I was taken care of in a timely manner.
The only thing that I would comment negatively is that I dropped my car off at 7:45 am and it was ready for pick up till after 5:30.
Unfortunately I had a flat tire nearby at 7:45 pm. Fortunately BMW of Orland Park was very accommodating providing a loaner so I could get home. My tire was replaced quickly the next day. Jason in service was terrific.
This was my second time around purchasing a car with Mr. Yarbough and I will love to state that he did a phenomenal job once again. I was in a very tight spot and needed a car right away( but not just any car), I had a car event approaching in 4 days and needed to get myself back into another Ultimate Driving Machine for the show. I was panicking to the point I had second thoughts about postponing the event due to not having a car, I informed Mr. Yarbough of the short time and he took action RIGHT AWAY... 1 day went by and Mr. Yarbough was able to place me in my brand new 2018 430i GC for my event appearance.
