We were starting to look for a Lincoln MKX since the lease on our MKC was expiring within 3 months. We had previously gone to another dealership (that we had bought 5 new cars from in the past!) and was basically told that they could not get us into the vehicle we wanted with the payments that we wanted. That night I was doing an internet search and found the MKX in color we wanted, with more options than we thought we could get at the Kayser dealership. I sent an inquiry that night (after store closing). I had a reply from Alfred Hall Jr; the next morning shortly after 6 am. We talked on the phone and I told him what I wanted to do, that I would not waste his time or mine if we could not get the payments where I wanted them to be and that I didn't want to spend hours at the dealership waiting for a manager's approval, then waiting for finance. He understood completely. He told me that he would be able to work everything out. He called me later that day and gave me figures that were better than expected. We were scheduled to pick up the car 2 days later, but my husband wanted to see the vehicle. We drove up to Kayser (about an hour from our home) and was immediately greeted by Alfred. He had the vehicle ready for us to look at. Even though we have had 2 previous Lincolns, he took the time to explain things that had never been explained before. We met briefly with Vik from Finance who told us that he would have all of our paperwork ready when we returned in 2 days. In talking with Alfred, we found that we were eligible for more discounts/rebates, which was another plus since that brought our monthly payment down even more. Alfred was genuinely interested in making sure that we received the best sales experience. He answered all of our questions, took more than enough time to ensure that we were happy. I feel that he went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. There was never any "high pressure" or "sales tricks". I felt that we were dealing with a very honest, reputable person and dealership. We had the same experience when we came back to finalize the paperwork. Again, Alfred took time to make sure that we had all of our questions answered, even though the "deal" was done Vik was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the finance process. He gave us options and had everything ready to go. This truly was the best car buying experience we have ever had (and we are very loyal Lincoln/Ford customers.) We would highly recommend Alfred and Kayser to anyone. And will be back when its time to purchase our next vehicle. Thank you Alfred, Vik and Kayser Lincoln.

This car meets all my needs such as performance and seating. It also has a zoom in/out navigation system as well as state of the art speaker system. And fuel consumption is 35 to 40 MPG's.

I'd been shopping for a BMW convertible online and was notified by CarGuru of a clean older model. I sent an inquiry and Auto Collection responded almost immediately offering me a test drive. I live only about 30 minute drive so I visited them a couple fo days later. The car was just what I wanted so we quickly made a deal, after they agreed to let me get a Pre-Purchase Inspection done at the BMW dealer nearby. The inspection found a few minor issues which Hans at Car Collection readily agreed to fix at their expense. It was all so easy that it was hard to believe. I drove the car home the next day and have been loving it ever since. Shawn, the inventory manager, did a great job explaining how things work and showing us the features, etc. I highly recommend you give them a try. They have some really nice cars in inventory.

My mother's X5 has been in the shop for some major repairs and she could not say enough about the great service she has received from this dealership. Her service rep. Sean Burreal was extremely pleasant and went out of his way to make sure she was happy. He explained everything in detail to make sure she understood her options. The thing she most appreciated is that he let her drive a more than comparable and reliable loan vehicle for a good two weeks while they worked on her car. These days it's not enough to just own a car from anywhere anymore, but the service that comes with it is truly the key to a successful ownership of any car. Anyone that takes care of my mother in this way deserves my attention. Plus, she absolutely demanded that I help her write this well-deserved review. For myself and my family, our future car purchases will definitely be from this specific dealer.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. I immediately thought of LeSueur and as I pulled up (already had my eye on a beauty 2016 S60 Cross Country) there it was, at the ready. We recently purchased a used car here and could not be happier! The inventory was awesome- there's a big range of price and vehicle type. That gave us two great options on one lot as opposed to driving around all day. The dealership doesn't buy cars with an accident history or high mileage (around 70k is the max I believe). It was great to walk around the lot and not worry about what might be behind door number 3. And our salesman, John, was incredible. He understood our budget, showed us great cars without any pressure. It's rare to have the salesman recommend the cheaper car, but he knew it was the right car for us! It may not look like much from the outside, but I promise you won't be disappointed. As John said- it's low overhead. We got a perfect car at a great price. Thank you guys!

So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage.
