Stopped in to make an appointment and was very pleased the Adviser said if could handle an hour and half they would do it fight now. First time I’d ever been taken as a walk-in. It saved a ton of my time since I live 17 miles away. Kudos to the service adviser.
William Natal was very friendly and he met my financials needs and we came to a deal that worked out for both of us. Chad made it a fun process while helping me sign the paperwork and was really amusing. Ahmed made sure I left the dealership with everything transferred to my new car and helped take off my city stick, ipass, and license plates. He also made sure the car was cleaned before handing it over to me.
From the moment I reached out to Mr. Lowery he took excellent care of me. Upon shopping for my new purchase i contacted 4 dealers. Mr. Lowery was the first person to follow through and get the deal completed in record time with no bs. Being in the professional field my self it was breath taking to work with someone on the same caliber; one who values customer service and exceed expectations! From the start Terrence Holmes was truly professional an accommodating. This is the second car we purchased from Wide World BMW in a 3 month span. Ricky in Finance did an outstanding job of keeping us informed of the process, and expediting the paper work. The car was a surprise gift for my sons 17th birthday on December 18th. Terrence offered to store the car for 2 weeks on the dealership property, which helped us out immensely.
Came in to Rallye for the car???s first oil/filter change and tire rotation. Told my service rep Chy that I needed to be out quickly, and he made sure I was on the road before the time I requested. Fantastic!
If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin; both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.
I have purchased my first car from the dealership, I had a warm reception from the sales executive Joe Martin. I was a remote customer from Norfolk, VA and Joe has been very helpful assisting me with more car information to make the purchase decision. It took him great efforts to follow-up on my car and documents delivery and share me the status always. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with the dealership and would recommend others.
I bought a slightly used Porsche Macan from Jawn last week. The whole process was hassle free. I typically don’t look at independent used car dealers but the deal I got on the Macan was too good to pass up. Jawn is a straight shooter and was great to work with. I’ll be back! Jace

Wish there were more care parts for me to choose from so I could customize my ride and get personalized service. for future reference I would love some bucket seats to be there
I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
This is a great no non-sense dealership. Recently purchased a loaded Mini Cooper S for my wife from Horatio at Select Motors. I found the vehicle posted online along with several other Mini Cooper's he had in stock. I called the dealership before heading through traffic and they let me know that they show by appointment. They asked me to come by a couple hours later which was perfect for me anyway. I showed up to my appointment and I have to say that every one of the cars at this dealership is immaculate.
These guys were straight up and knew their inventory and no xxxxxxxx. If you prefer a warm fuzzy salesman that wastes a bunch of your time, I'd go somewhere else. If you want a place to shoot it to you straight, price their cars below market(for options and packages their cars include), and get through the car buying process super quick...then this is your place. Did I mention the quality of their cars? Every single car I looked at appeared as if it was brand new. I was able to buy a fully loaded Mini Cooper S with NAV, a backup camera, parking sensors, Harmon/Kardon sound, heads-up display, etc. for about $12k less than buying a brand new one. The car I purchased is barely broken-in and still has a new car smell.
