I brought my 3 Series in to have the air bag replaced and while it was there had the oil changed and the radio repaired (it did not turn off). From the minute I drove in the staff could not have been more helpful. Service Advisor Gina Todisco was a pleasure to work with. While I was waiting, she reported back to tell me how the service was progressing. The technician E. Ibanez, immediately identified the problem with the radio and knew how to repair it. The repair took quite some time since Mr Ibanez would not reinstall the radio until he was sure the epoxy was thoroughly dry. Gina apologized for the time it was taking and even offered to drive me home. Attentiveness such as this is more than I ever expected. I was provided with a list of things which will need to be looked at, but they did not try to convince me that everything needed to be repaired immediately. They know how to treat customers and how to develop long term relationships.
The staff at Park Ave BMW is outstanding. Andy made this purchase easy. Matt and Jack made the pick up of the vehicle an easy experience. Andy is one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. No nonsense, you buy the vehicle you want, not what they want you to buy! I strongly recommend this dealership! A note to all, please purchase the GAP insurance, this is one of the most important decisions when signing the papers. Do not get caught short insurance wise, by not protecting yourself!
All went well with Brian in sales. I previewed the car over the internet on Cars, got a deal sheet by email and drove from Maryland to New York here alll went well Until the business manager was so busy that I waited for an hour + to sign papers. Brian was great but the process took too long. Of course it was Black Friday. The 240 I X Drive is great. Larry

Well, at Park Avenue BMW, my leasing of a BMW was pleasantly stress-free. I attribute the foregoing to having been handled with great patience and without stereotypic "sales pushiness" by Mike Smeraglia, Sales Manager & John Delgado, Sales Consultant. From the start Terrence Holmes was truly professional an accommodating. This is the second car we purchased from Wide World BMW in a 3 month span. I had been taking my 3 series for service here and always had a great experience with Kevin, my service manager. When my lease was ending, he recommended i speak to Ricardo, one of the salesmen. Ricardo helped me every step of the way. He had suggested that i custom order the car because i wanted special features. I would have never considered this otherwise. This was definitely the way to go and ended up saving me a lot of money in the long run that I would have otherwise spent on features i did not want or need. He was always available whenever i had questions. He was even able to get me into the new car sooner than anticipated. Everything went smoothly on the day of pickup. Having had a horrible experience at BMW Edison with a finance manager, I was not looking forward to dealing with the finance manager at Wide World, but Joe was great! He made everything quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this dealership not only for a new car, but service as well.
