I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

We decided to look around for an additional RR/Bentley in October 2014. Fadi was known to us RROC members, since he has also been a member for the last ten years, to check out his inventory at his Van Nuys, CA “Classic Motor, Inc.” RR/Bentley boutique. He has some “fine” cars. We decided to purchase a beautiful Arnage from him. The emphasis is “beautiful.” He is a great negotiator and he was able to match my skills in negotiation as a Swiss. He was very accommodating in adjusting/repair some minor issues that the car had with no problem. It was “fun” working out this deal with Fadi and my family would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a fair deal and getting a nice car. Fadi is a terrific guy and he being a RROC member convinced me to engage with him anticipating that he would give the right service to us as a fellow RROC member for more than 20 years. THANK YOU ! I was surprised by the greeting I received and impressed by my attendant Cole. In the past l felt ripped off by this dealership and the past personal appeared to be interest only by the amount of money and problems they could create involving my car. They seemed to be honest and really cared about my well being and the true up keep of my car.
But the only complaint I have is that one of the customer service women wears entirely too much perfume. The smell literally burned my nose hairs. If someone could just tell her to tone it down the frangance would be more appreciated.
These guys are simply AMAZING!!!
Let me tell you why:
1. They have an AMAZING inventory. As I noticed they had cars for a wide price range, from cheapie ones to really expensive cars. But all of them were amazingly clean and looked very sharp.
2. They have AMAZING people working there. Jack greated me and showed my (it’s mine already) car. Very nice guy. I talked to Eddie and Ed (sorry guys if I mix up your names). One of them was extremely knowledgeable about the car and the other one just made an impossible deal for me. The finance guy was very nice as well and made the paper signing process smooth and easy. I met a lot of their crue members and I felt like I’m among my friends. There was a period when we were making jokes and laughing all together at the main office.
3. Overall I had an AMAZING experience with them. I can’t remember all the details but the overall impression is very very positive.
And all this happened on the Halloween day so I drove to a party with my new car. I still enjoy driving it. I just love it.
I will recommend this dealer without hesitation. Go there if you want good deals and best cars out there. Thanks to my aunt who recommended this place. Five Stars to Car Stars! :-)
The most pleasant experience buying a car in 58 years! I usually dread it, but this was actually enjoyable! It took under 2 hours! Staff is amazing and Don Engle is the guy to go to! Very professional and knowledgeable. Don???t bother shopping around if you want a BMW. Century West BMW is the only dealership you need.
Zach and Jarod are the dream team! They were very kind and professional through the whole process of helping me purchase a new 2019 X5. Zach took my order for the X5 two months before it was released and it arrived 30 days before expected. I was so excited! Jarod was also extremely helpful in explaining all my options but allowed me to choose what was best. Best sales and finance experience of all time. I???ve been driving a BMW since 2005. Owned one, and leased three from other dealerships and didn???t have a good experience each time. This was my first visit to Century BMW West and I met Zach. Century West BMW is an awesome place to get your car! I???ve gotten my last 5 cars there & the service is bar none the best out there! Had my car serviced today; they put me in a bmw loaner and my car was done and washed within 3 hours! Can???t say enough about how precise and accommodating they are!

Rekan and Jarod are both awesome. Great customer service, both are BMW enthusiast which is important to BMW owners. I have a early model M5 and Jarod gave great advice about financing a new car in the future. Rekan Owens an ???M3 and is able to account for my car???s performance and the best use of a warranty
I'm writing this review specifically for RAY!
Not only has Ray helped me pick out the best car, gave me the best deal possible on the car (i know so because I compared the prices of the SAME CAR from 3 different BMW dealerships) and patiently answered all my million questions (since its my first car), BUT he also want out of his way and responsibilities to help me be approved by the bank that did not want to initially give me a lease because of my financial situation.
So, if you need a new BMW, go to THIS dealership and ask for RAY specifically. Your experience does not depend on the dealership- it depends on the DEALERS.
So, if you want to get a car of your dreams, Ray will do everything for you to be able to afford it!
