We recently purchased a 2022 Denali and our advisor was Lawrence Chavez. He was wonderful to deal with from the very beginning until the end. We had our kids with us and he went out of his way to make sure each of us were taken care of through the process to include offers of drinks/snacks. They were honest and trustworthy. The car needs a training course to operate. I wish they trained us better. It's still a 3 hour deal to complete everything. I would recommend them though.

The dash was flickering and JR my service rep took the car with no appointment got me a loaner car and had my car back sooner than expected. This is my 4th BMW so that means I'm very satisfied with the cars

Kristen Rismiller is very good at customer support. She returned telephone calls when necessary. She kept me up to date as my service was completed. She explained additional service needs I need to complete on our car. She provided options for completing the service. She also explained dashboard options and set my dashboard to my chosen options.
