Best car buying experience ever! They are honest, excellent communicators, very responsive, and have a true passion for what they do! I can’t thank them enough! This whole process of buying a car was a very positive experience. Since I was 14 I’ve dreamed that one day I’d be able to own a white twin turbo Supra! I’ve been following Brooklyn Auto for a little over a year now. I’ve always loved looking at all the awesome cars they have and dream that one day I’d be able to buy something as cool. I started following them because I’ve always loved Toyota Supra’s, and they always seem to have very quality ones for sell. Only problem is I live in Kansas in they are in New York. But Last month they posted the car I had always wanted. A White Twin Turbo Supra with only 71k miles on it. That night day at about 10pm my time (even later in New York) I texted the number posted and within minutes Adam from Brooklyn Auto Messaged me back. I told him that I really liked the car and preceded to ask questions. That night I ask if he could finance a part of the car and he told me no problem. He had a bank that he used that he trusted. The next morning Adam and I spoke on the phone and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. He was very prompt when requesting any videos, and very responsive with answering all the questions that I had. It took the thought “is this for real” or “a bad deal” completely away! With little time I was approved for the loan and the car was mine! Now for transportation! I’ve always had a bad experience with transporters. Adam told me not to worry because he had a guy. The transport guy called me and told me because I was working with Adam he would hook me up and give me a discount and setup a time to pick up the car the next day. This was on a Thursday, the transporter told me he should have the car to me by the following Thursday. Adam sent me another Video of the car getting loaded up and I got supra excited! Well guess what? That Sunday I got a call from the transporter saying he was only 3 hours out!!! For real!?!?! He showed up 4 days early! Seeing the car for the first time was amazing! Just how it had been described to me! It only took 25 years. Because of Adam I now have the car I’ve always wanted, and it is crazy nice!!!! Luxury and outstanding performance. High quality leather and carbon fiber interior combined with 11.3 second quarter mile, outstanding handling and brakes. Best infotainment I've seen on any car. No other car in this price range matches it.

So far, which admittedly is only a month and 800 miles, but so far, loving it. Traded in a Cadillac V Series (The true "V" series and prior to the Blackwing V Series) and I find the M4 Competition to offer a slightly more comfortable ride in the softest setting versus the Cadillac and roughly the same handling capabilities in the "sport" settings. Still getting used to BMW's steering though. Just something different with it and maybe once I get used to I'll trust the M4 even more than the Caddy?

My experience with Mike was great very informative. Took his time to explain everything about the vehicle. Everything about the loan. Try to get me the best loan deal which he did. I have no complaints. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this location.

The F82 M4 will go down in history! The looks are timeless, so much power, and very reliable. One of the best bang for your buck sports cars. However if you are looking for a comfortable daily driver this is not the car for you. It is stiff and you feel every bump in the road. Not a bad thing but if you want more comfort get a 440i. This car does what it is supposed to do perfectly.

Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

Handling on a curvy road, acceleration on a straight stretch and the sounds of spooling turbos is a real adrenaline rush. This car was so much fun to drive I hate to see it go. Carbon fiber refinements inside and out make this vehicle a real head turner. Looks, handling and brute power, what more can a car enthusiast ask for?

It has been about 4 years since I purchased my luxury SUV from them and everytime I go there for service, the job is always done effectively for a marginal fee. Recently, my truck couldn't move forward and backward and I had it towed to them. To my big surprise, I had it back yesterday (11/20/19). While I was expecting a monster bill, to my big surprise, the invoice was zero. When I asked why, the answer was: " What was done, only required a nominal charge", and as a customer, that charge was fully discounted. In my opinion, any other place would have charged at least $2,000.00. Thus, with that experience, coupled with many others, I am proud to recommend BAS to anyone who's purchasing or servicing a motor vehicle. IMO one of the most beautiful cars in and out. Has a stiff ride with great power. Many many control options from stereo to performance. Only drawback is not a lot of interior storage.

After looking for months at MINI dealership in the tri-state area and as far as Pennsylvania looking for used car I found that South shore Mitsubishi had the best sales team.
