SERVICE FROM THE HEART!

I spoke with Ken for the first time today; I was inquiring in regards to a beautiful, white 2013 Porsche Turbo he had offered for sale. Ken, who is THE OWNER of the dealership, called me to talk to me about the car I inquired about, answer any questions I might have, and explain to me the process. We spent a total of 45 minutes chatting on the phone, Ken going into detail to make sure that I'm educated about the vehicle and process. When he found out I was a veteran; Ken expressed to me how grateful he is for our service members, and told me about how he helps active duty men and women, prior to deployment, sell their cars, and/or keeps it stored for them at his indoor facility, where it is properly maintained until the serviceman/woman return home safely. Unfortunately, I did not buy the car from Ken because my CFO, aka my wife, said NO!, even though this was the best and most competitively priced Panamera out on the market. This didn't stop Ken. Ken helped me examine the service/history records of a vehicle with the options I wanted at a different dealership; at a price point my wife and I could agree on, but mostly my wife. Ken, also, made sure I was buying a car that was a perfect fit for me and my family. This is how service should be; Ken did not have to do any of the things he did but he does everything out of the kindness of his heart. Ken has definitely set the bar high in my eyes and I definitely plan on going to him first for any future cars I buy.
